Well my funds cleared so toke the plunge and bought another 500k of shares.

Thanks, funds still to clear so have to wait. Just wish I’d started the transfer last week as I could have bought double. As it is I’m only averaging down by 20%

Will this rise be sustained or will it trace back even on no news?

I was just wondering about the news flow and the critical path.

When will funding be needed firstly to ensure the lights remain on and secondly to maintain a schedule.

Obviously the first task is to establish the extent of work needed to complete A1.

This is the independent review process being undertaken now. This due mid Q3. Maybe 2-3 weeks off. Will this be RNS’ed?

Will that have $ figures in, as it would have to be reviewed by the cornerstones?

This would feed into a financial funding gap analysis. I.e. how much the company actually needs.

Then comes the financial agreement(s).

Obviously these will be RNS’ed.

Would all the above be done in one RNS or staged.

They had $93 million cash. How long does that last 4-6 months?

I would guess less than 0.1p I haven’t lost too much £2k, but I’m still gutted and feel sorry for anyone that has lost.

Well they have galloped down the road. Not the knight in shining armour to rescue us but to thrust the lance through our hearts.

They a preparing us for a total loss.

As a long term investor I invested here way back when it was considered an explorer before the main financial deals were struck. My investment strategy was buy then sit on my hands and wait until I got an income from the dividends riding the peaks and troughs. I didn’t think there would have been a trough this deep. I can only say it hurts badly at the moment. I have questioned my strategy and in hindsight it may look flawed due the the deep trough, however, I don’t believe it was. Some may say they predicted the crash. Good on them! The mine will be built, it’s just that I won’t get as bigger payouts as I’d hoped for.

Would I invest here now?

Well YES!

Why?

I’d invested here before the main financial deal because I believed, so why shouldn’t I invest now when the mine if 70% built and I can get in far cheaper. It’s actually far less risky now than when I bought originally.

I would very much like to average down, but alas I have absolutely no funds.

I would real like to average down to a penny a share.

That would mean buying 3 times as many as I have now.

The reason I have no funds is my main share just crashed three weeks ago.

At the moment nothing has happened with ACP.

The news from China is welcome and puts focus on availability of graphite supply.

I’m not doing cartwheels unit positive news comes from the management that drives the SP north of 3.3p my break even point.

As you know, any board member will not be allowed to buy as the RNS effectively created a closed period.

Also there will be a restriction on what can be said.

The CAPEX cost increase is at least $188 million. (I shall not use approximately as someone doesn’t like that). It doesn’t actually say they need to raise funds for that amount.

I assume the new CAPEX would have included ramping up to nameplate production.

I agree that there will be a financial cost, however, I wouldn’t agree you would necessarily fund raise for that now, you’d pay out later.

For my own sanity I thought I’d run through the figures in the RNS.

Current CAPEX $537 million

New CAPEX 35% increase $725 million

Spend to end September $429 million

Requirement to finish approximately $300 million

To obtain the next drawdown of senior dept of $131 million there is a need of cash to cover the shortfall which is:

$300 million minus

$131 million senior dept

$93 million

(which includes $25 million cost overrun facility and

$5 million cost overrun equity)

So

$76 million to fund.
