I’m not seeing any reason why this share isn’t on the slow upward trend.

If it is Canaccord exiting, then at the current rate, is going to take a fair bit of time.

Calculated as they have 8.5 million shares. Current volume suggests they may be able to sell 50k per day. So at that rate 170 trading days to get ride of them all. 9 calendar months.

This is a theory, so very likely wrong.

An institution has an order with a MM to sell their shares higher than 140p.

MM doesn’t want to hold the stock so sell chunks when a buyer comes in at 140.0001p.

It sounds nonsense and probably is, but all I could think offhand.

What gets me most thinking is the number of transactions going through at 140.0001p

I’ve looked it up and believe (maybe wrong), that as you pass each full % point you need to declare within 2 days.

I can’t remember, but, is there a stock market rule that you have to declare any buying as you go through certain thresholds, not just when you’ve finished?
