TomE: I agree completely with you, as I posted in the extreme should no applicant fill the bill, then hopefully NCM can by redeployment, maybe bring a nearly applicant in and using them to backfill. They must have multiple options, just one of the benefits of a joint venture, something a lot of posters on here seem to forget, NCM bring a lotto the party.
I notice a lot of posts under Negative rather than the Positive Thread.
Willowman: have you not heard "the bird in the hand" is worth "Two in the bush", while you may get better waiting you may get a lot worse, other items than Power can affect our share price, I must assume with the holding of PJ he believes this is best for him, and therefor it is best for me.
Legalwolf: I would be surprised if PJ could raise any figure legally if he knows a result good or bad, insider trading.
Worzel: I would be doing exactly the same if I was Paul.
With a little luck, and we all need luck, this is going to be a great company to be invested in.
Anyone of our investments could return the value of Power today, and I do not just expect one to come good, so I expect this share to multi-bag, how many remains to be seen, which is why I am of the opinion that it is a strong buy.
Much better that a lot of one trick pony's on AIM.
Very Positive - with Power single RNS's do not tell the story
1st off - NO DEBT
+ £14m balance sheet
+ CEO 5%+
+ Diverse PF
+ Activity drilling
+ IPO’s
Add to this
Funding in place for these three projects
Acquisition - Canadian Graphite Project in last month
This little Business is so active that the Directors cannot exercise their options to Buy at advantageous rates
Find me another company this busy- I await replies
I think it will be sold.
If NCM do not buy the 5% then the FMV is too much for them, for what ever reason NCM do not buy then the value will be out there for all to see.
We will then be valued on the assett with one of the lowest cost production, so more value for GGP.
I nthink if SD gave out market sinsitive information prior to the RNS, then the interviewer could (not saying they would) use it and that is a illegal, insider trading so nothing in interview can be market sensitive.
Morning Paddy - I agree that the chances of ground condition stopping the 'official' decision to mine once we get down to rock is very very slight, but still think it is there.
At this moment in time with the current concentration Havieron is GGP, in the longer term once we get over the next 12/18 months then you are right that GGP is not just all about Havieron.
