Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Ipad - there is never a pint in time than NCM are not in the position of being an insider, so they cannot make a bid they could talk to GGP about the other 25%, but GGP would have to issue a RNS if they did, as very material to share value.
I think Paddy is correct they(NCM) have other things to do which will be better received by there big investors, They can come back when GGP have other assets and pay a big price to get the 25% after we are mining and they know fully what they are buying.
I short, a take over IMO is very unlikely, the other big boys do not want 25% of Havieron, it would be a distraction to their other investment NCM control the venture.
With the DFS and the official decision to mine, GGP will have a substantial value, although I think unofficially the decision has been made by the JV partners, and the only thing that could prevent it is ground conditions making mining impossible.
We have another £750000 due from warrant holders before the end of July this year, while some investors thing that this is a dilution of their shares, the real dilution happens when they are issued.
We will see the share price affected in the short term but the truth is that if you do your research then you know the shares are already diluted and the company is just waiting in the money coming in, strengthening the balance sheet.
Allowing more progress on the projects Power (we) are invested in.

A very good summing up but I would say you have then in the wrong order, Reason to be cheerful" are facts.
All the rest is speculation and the discussion on this speculation is more likely to work against share holder than in our favour.
We should be talking more about the positives and less or not at all about the negatives. There are enough detractors, positive thinkers should not be helping them.
If the positive contributors had a month only posting positive posts then you may see things change.
I'm here for the longer term so the day to day negative rubbish does not make me think of selling, but others are not as confident.
Sorry to miss the event.
Firstly as I am on my winter break in Spain, a benefit of retirement , but today it is tipping it down.
That is too far from my home as with lots of other GGP holders, but thanks for organising
I would ideally like a meet somewhere on the A50 between the M6 and M1, this would be good with both Midlander's and the Manchester/Leeds M62 areas
If others would like one in this area drop a post and we may be able to do something later in the year.
Will read later but Just glancing through like a tabloid paper, the picture tell the story this is big.
Next update will have about 5 months extra data in the NCM report will be 40% more approx. given these figures as the drill still is finding more and more.
Hold on don't get despondent and let the **tards rob you of your wealth.
Keep the faith
NCM did not announce it to the market, GGP issued the RNS.
GGP have to release RNS if something material happens, so you must assume nothing material yet.
So the situation is that both could still be working on there valuation of the 5%, and without the MRE it may have been agreed that they (both) cannot finalise their positions.
I think AIM rules would need an RNS if there was any material information, so we are in the quite before the storm.
So hold on, don't as I said earlier in the week be despondent, try to avoid negative posts even by normally positive members
Shorters - only effect the price if you did not understand the nature of GGP as an AIM share.
My advice is ignore the games they only make you doubt your investment.
Newcrest - They are finding more asset all the time, if they wanted to shaft GGP, they could have slowed down the drilling this would have slowed the increase in asset. See Paddygal's lasted tweet.
My advice is ignore the people with crystal balls that (do not) know what NCM are going to do, they again only make you doubt your investment.
The markets are all over with the war, so expect the price to hold or drop, once confidence and results come back then this share will deliver spectacular investment returns.
Have faith in your own decision to buy.
Just keep the faith

No Guess, FACT
As and when these events happen
Projects move forward and get more defined results
IPO's are successfully completed
The market sector comes back into favour
Things that have the reverse effect are
Wars, market sentiment .
This is the only share I know where the CEO has such a large personal holding, and I do not thing PJ is foolish enough to bet on a nag, that does not mean all project will be successful, but overall we will have success.
These type of shares are risky and can take years so the Ferrari may not come in next 2 years.
GoGreen- as I understand it
the assessor will produce a value
Compare it to the values submitted by GGP and NCM
the actual value of the 5% is which ever of the submitted values is the closest to the assessor valuation.
A real game of poker - as they both have to assess FMV using the same rules, so the situation could arise where NCM value is above GGP's, do not as a lot of people on here be negative.
If that was the case then there would be an agreement even is the values were over 10% different.
And no one on this board has a good enough crystal ball to know which way this will go.
