Heid, as stated in the rns the it was underwritten by the house brokers which enables them to take all and any shares available in the offering if they want to.

They forward sold every single share in the last placing and will do the same with this one.

Heid, the open offer was underwritten by Peter house so they are entitled to take all and every share that was offered or left over if they wanted to and forward sell them at 6p for a very tidy profit.
