Indeed, mm’s control the price via auction prices(UT) trades. And today is a classic example where they can drag the share price down by that much on a trade worth 47p.
They are struggling with the demand at the moment and are frantically trying to balance their books, but it’s becoming a little too obvious now as both lunch time and closing price action has demonstrated.
They are trying their best to dampen demand to enable them to get back in control, but,
It’s like a coiled spring, they’re going to have to let it go at some point, once they have gathered enough shares to balance their books
