Haven’t been able to sell a single share since a few minutes after the open but can buy in fairly large quantities.

Anything that is price sensitive (ie would likely affect the share price) had to be announced as soon as the company is aware of it.

Indeed it is crazy and would surely stifle the desire to innovate, but the US gov wouldn’t be pushing this if they knew it wasn’t possible.

The USA is strongly pushing for patent waivers for COVID vaccines.

It really amazes me sometimes how people can get so confused over easily accessible information.

Non execs are not insiders.

Indeed, diggle is only a non exec. So is there for oversight, not day to day running of the company.

Also vulpes is a separate entity from diggle, although would likely be classed as a related party but retain the option of keeping at ‘arms length’

Therefore the insider rules do not automatically apply.

We may get news on the next trading day, or might be another two weeks away.

Either way I’m happy.
