Otherwise they hold no such obligation. The only other time is if they see a quick buck and can forward sell them. As what we witnessed about 3 weeks ago, and why we never saw a h9.dings rns from them.

And the times that by 126 again and the times that answer by 30.25

I know that the consolidations were 125 for 1 but you have to allow for the excess shares that were hived off in each cosolidation.

For ease of use I have not included warrants and options, but If you want to then you could probably factor in another 12% of outstanding shares.

Just in case you can’t work out the true share price it is :

10.25p divided by 125 then divide that Answer again by 125 and the divide that answer again by 30

Lunatic 8p a couple of months ago or a a couple of years ago was before the the 125x consolidation. It’s basically magically changing the shareprice overnight to 125 higher but the value of the company stays the same and the value of your shares stay the same. It gives the impression to newbies that the shareprice has gone through the roof.

If any shareholders want to work out what price they paid at any time I over the last 4 years is divide the current shareprice by 125 which will reflect the true shareprice.

anyone that has held over 4 years will need to divide that by 125 again as there was another 125 to one consolidation.

And anyone that has held on longer than that will have to divide that figure by another 30 as that was the first of the string of consolidations.

Gotta feel sorry for anyone that bought in the last couple of days on Eyeguys posts.
