Any director trading/dealing has to be notified whether it crosses a threshold or not.

The shares CANNOT be held by the directors as it would have to be notified to the market, and would have been done so in the placing rns if that was the case.

It doesn’t matter if they are offshore or live on the moon, they still have to notify the market.

If an entity or even connected entities hold a combined 3% or more then it has to be declared.

So make the votes count ! There are no big holders here now to vote in the bods favour so the share holders have a real chance of effecting change !

That also puts to bed the argument that by being negative against the BOD is unethical, because by prox you are against a cancer cure.

Once the ip goes back to CRUK, if they see any value in the trial results they will carry on the trials and no patients will suffer.

If they deem that the trials are not commercial then at least funds can be diverted into trials that they believe have a chance of working.

Uncanny would it not make sense to wait for the upcoming open offer where you are likely to get them much much cheaper ?

At the current share price the most they can raise for the next 12 months is 1.7 million (for a whole year)

So if the share price stays where it is or goes lower the company will have to go bust, as they can't survive on 1.7 million or less for a whole year.

They even got the date wrong at the top, they dated it 2018 !

Wow, I said it would be bad, and I said it would be one billion shares, and when you add in all the warrants they will give out as a bung to the brokers etc. To get the placings off the floor, it will end up well over a billion shares issued in the next year.

As I said , analysis of the data will not START until q3, which you just confirmed.

Tommy - the company states in black and white that the current part of the trial will finish at the end of June and that the results won’t start to be analysed until the q3.

Going on previous val timelines we can expect results about 4-7 months later, so November to January we should see the results.

I’ll still be wondering when you’ll break even :)
