It stated that VAL will resume the funding from EHGO under the previous authorities which means there is another 142 million shares they can issue EHGO BEFORE the AGM, and there will also be an open offer placing and more convertible bonds = one hell of an overhang coming up.

Ths ONLY thing that matters is the percentage.

The whole stockmarket revolves around the percentage not the price.

One is 20% and one is 25%.

And they decided on 20%. In the grand scheme of things it makes no difference.

All that matters is how much they raise and how much of a discount they will need to offer to entice shareholders to participate and take it up in full.

Average discount is between 20 and 30 % but could vary either way.

I very rarely make share price predictions, and the only comment that I remember making in that regard was about 3 weeks ago when I said there would be a great trading opportunity when the price drops between 0.15 and 0.3. And i was spot on.
