Freddy, there has been no tr1 notifications that ns ever sold any. They only went down via dilution. He's not traded and therefore down a fortune, and if he has traded then he's made his money from your misfortune.

Freddy, seriously he is down about 95% remember he never sold any, the only people that have made money are the traders. With the company at an all time low the long term investors have seen their wealth decimated.

Bulldog, the thing is, that ns never sold, his reduced holdings were as a result of dilution and placings. A stark reminder for us all how damaging the ever lower confetti issue placings are.

He got diluted down to 2.95% and has only topped up his holding, the poor guy must be down a fortune.

Uncanny - the problem with asking those sort of questions, is that there is no definite answer they will just tell you want you want to hear.

Val own 55% of Valiseek, so surely you are not suggesting that as the majority shareholder, they are no idea what’s going on.

I think that would be even worse.

If, and that's a big 'if' it was a directors buy, I think it would be seen as despicable behaviour by the BOD as :

a) it means they are not in a closed period and there are no deals on the table and the shareholders may have been mislead

b) buying at the all time low

c) the company gains no benefit from their cash so will still be on the verge of insolvency. They should have put it directly into the company to stave off insolvency.

D)they themselves would become the 'dreaded' second hand shareholders

e) it would smack of desperation as it would look like they are just trying to get through enough votes to keep their own jobs.
