Secondly, consolidation is not a choice it is a necessity once the shares get to around 0.13 or lower and a certainty once they get to 0.1
Thirdly then company has already stated it will not be going to phase 3 after this, it will be another phase 2
Fourth, what utter nonsense, a big pharma could bid on any compound at any stage. Remember there are tons of pre clinical deals flying all over the place.
