Um - I'm not very sophisticated - the IIs probably are and they bought the majority of the placing. Given talks had been ongoing for a year then not sure if your hypothesis holds water. Agreed management play games and are economical with what they say to PIs but not as you suggest - no one forced anyone to buy (although no funding required comment when you then go on to state you have been having talks for a year is a bit rich)

In mean time I can understand being hacked off that people were clearly trading on knowledge of the placing and he did say no more funds needed. However, think most shareholders recognise that having been trying to get programs moving with £8M in the bank is a lot harder than with £48M. The share price doesn't change cash in hand for company. In the end he did and the company now as a better future because of it. I say that as someone who bought at £1.87

I dont think May was ever suggested - I've been following Awacta for a while and the only dates I remember are mid summer and end of June (prototype)

In terms of being months behind when did Son a say theirs was ready?
