Looking at what is happening in terms of outbreaks I think their ability to send up early warning makes sense - likely to be less competive market and the revenue will be reoccuring in the long run.

We have a study which strongly suggests inhaled IFN works and is well tolerated. Its easy (ish) to administer

We know IV has tolerability issues

Is it acceptable therefore to do a remdesiver + systemic IFN study. You could be denying patients effective treatment.

You could either add an additional arm or switch the study to inhaled. At some point in future maybe do systemic vs inhaled.
