Carbon printed electrodes are very cheap to produce (pennies) but the SKIN sim cards might be a level above that. You can bind reagents to both it would appear.
Whilst not as much fun as the Rover approach a small reader at home would enable monitoring from home - possibly tritrating drug dose to either reduce costs or make more effective.
The presence of infection in COPD results for SNG out soon but exacerbations are a concern. I'm sure there are pharma companies out there who would jump at a patient care package - just google inhalers.
