Acustem has a value whether it is listed or not. If they had spun out the pharma arm then following the argument that would have no value.

Some time ago the Chairman stated the value of Accustem was £200M

The asset value is £4M

Come Monday morning the market will have to put a true valuation on it. The board have said that its not reflected in the TILS SP. I think it is.

If someone came along and offers £200M for Accustem on Monday I would vote against.

I think the separation will actually result in a combined value in excess of where we are now. The bigger question is how much are TILS worth without Acustem - early stage biotech.

Avacta are aiming at UK initially - presumable supply rather than demand issues.

These guys seem to be targeting bigger markets like Jhina.

I'm guessing the tech can be adapted - bit like a breathalyser so just change mouth piece and but it by the entrance. Purge each time.

I cannot work out whether these guys are using Avacta or Aptamer for their tests.
