Accustem is in no mans land at present. If TILS is taken over then ASTM could be the mans next project and it could be done as a leveraged management buyout. Hence the quoting of £200M as its value by chairman.

Not sure how protection of minority share holders fits within this - I presume management would have to abstain from any vote but if it went through they could flip quite quickly especially if they already had potential buyer lined up
