Pleased my post of 27th March is showing promise re strengthening of security wanted by more companies re card payments.

Eckoh could be one of the few winners of this current crisis.

Is anyone else seeing a lack of all RNS's a few times over the last few weeks

Again today, there are none showing.

Appreciate after the last couple of rises, it was going to be down a bit due to some taking profits, but a 24% dip is bloody ridiculous.

Bought a few more just now at the bid price, so although a buy, showing as a sell.

I agree, a sort of as you were RNS.

The delay is bad news, tempered with the fact that the deal looks still on.

In a way expected.

Took 4 attempts to buy under the ask price this morning.

As someone stated, shares in short supply or a big order to be filled.

Also noticed the quantity of shares bought on the average is far higher than normal.

As Stokey12 states, PHE have a surplus on it's balance sheet, always a good sign, but even more so when many companies are and will be taking on more debt.

As many councils will be looking more and more to save money, due to their balance sheets also being hit in a negative way, the PHE DG will do so by making disposal of waste plastics both cheaper and giving such councils that use the systems green credentials.

A good time to be in this company.

Been waiting for years Deltex finally turning a corner with so many false dawns.

If the use of more of the companies system being used on Coronavirus ventilated patients does not result in a large uplift of sales, nothing will.

I have been watching the sp over the last 3 weeks, looking to top up some more, but missed my buying in price.

May have to revise said buy in price, but having been caught a few times by this share, I am being more cautious, perhaps too cautious.

On advice from a couple of years ago, I was informed by the regulator that the shareholder must notify the company, within a reasonable time, and yes its within 3 working days that the company must notify.

Looking at the time lag, I doubt anyone could argue reasonable on behalf of the holder.

Yes, your right of course, I did not spot the 2019 date.

Someone clearly broke the rules notification of holding and should be bought to task. But of course this is the AIM so will no doubt get away with it.

Agree with Manabouttown interpretation, But as you say, these RNS re holding are never straight forward to read and appear to be intentionally confusing.

What wrong with good simple, plain English.

Also jumped in early around the time they first floated on the market.

Been in and out a couple of time, overall with a loss.
Only a token amount still held, although I did top up a bit at 1.66p so still more increase needed in the SP to break even.

Product has never really been a problem, with well over 80 positive medical trails/reports proving its worth, always been a lack of pushing by the board, as they never wanted to rock the boat by criticising the NHS for not taking up the products use, even after a wealth of info that showed both saving money and lives.

I had a few e-mail conversations with the previous CEO, re pushing more through the media about lack of NHS uptake, who although always coming over as a gentleman and very approachable, never came over as a CEO with much push.

For years, always thought that the company should have either partnered with one of the big boys, or be taken over.

It appears though, that this year,might just might see the company making the breakthrough we have been waiting years for.

Solar panels powering ev charging bays, no fast charge as most people would be parking for the day while going to work.

If a single vehicle is parked up all day, that comes it's own problems as you would need to have far more charging points, due to the time using a single point.

May have it's place but not a big player.

Also Honda the world's largest engine manufacturer, have announced that they are committed to ending all mainstream of non-electrified petrol and diesel production for Europe by the end of 2022.

Other manufacturers will follow, as they all look to the mid, long term and I doubt a delay of buyers for a couple of years will make them change tactics.

Also I am sure that it will also bring forward reduced cost production plus more advanced battery technology.

I doubt very much that the EV market will be delayed too much by the current situation and reduced income.

The reason why I have filtered him, is because by the way he structures his comments, I am certain he is the same, fred of the past who regularly deramped no matter what the company did, or said.

I think it is very prudent to delay the decision on the Dividend, and think it is more likely that they still issue a div than cancel altogether.
They will no doubt be looking at how their customers suffer from the pandemic issues and as they say, and how that effect follows on to ECK.
Clarity is the key and looking at the more positive side of the update, it could result in their customers, both current and future taking payment security more seriously due to the very big increase in on line payments and the increase in fraud.

Living in hope, they could then declare a special dividend.

Apart from the none declaring of dividend, the report is very good, both for the last year but even more so for future looking contracts, both renewals and new contracts.

As to the dividend not declared re awaiting clarity of the Corvid 19 effects, that makes perfect sense.

The company look well set for the future, mainly due to their revenue feed, but also as important, especially in these times when many companies will require loan to survive....No Debt plus a very reasonable amount of cash in bank.
