It was explained to me that due to site overload, it causes many anomalies in all the figures.

All my portfolio up on Stockwatch watchlist and yet my actual portfolio is showing well down.

Come on site administrators, get a grip.

I contacted this web site admin about 2 weeks ago and they put the problems down to the site being unable to handle all the traffic.
I had been thinking for some time re upping to subscription level, but obviously will wait for them to sort it out.

As I understand it, companies that are involved in the Coronavirus fight have been warned not to make public announcements as it would look as if they could be taking benefit of the virus.

Of course in all situations, money is made.

Not suggesting that Bioventix is involved, but they surely will have some impact, if not now, in a few weeks/months.

Of course, the advice as to publicity has to be balanced with market rules.

The oil price will soon shoot back up.
The current price is obviously down to the main oil producers not wanting to cut production, but mainly due to the Coronavirus, which has now caused the oil companies to temporarily stop pumping as they have nowhere to store it, so a result to production be default.
There are many tankers that are stuck out at sea or in ports as they can not unload due to all the storage capacity being full, this at a cost of over £500,000 per day.

It has already been suggested that when the world oil use begins to resume toward normal levels, as the oil producers have temporarily capped production temporarily shutting down fields, which will take time to re-pump (not like just turning on a tap), the post crisis price has been hinted after a few months to go back to pre crisis prices and probably far higher.

As EV cars/vehicles become a bigger percentage of all vehicles, obviously the EV charger owners will start to squeeze ever penny they can out of the user, due to the scarcity of such charging points.

There will though become a time, not far away, when competition for customers will take over, as is starting to happen with such as hotels, where more and more customers will price in the cost of charging their EV's to their stays.

By 18/24 months, all of course depending how this current virus crisis effects, as more and more choice of locations are rolled out, price more than location for charging, will be more of a customer pulling point.

If the AFC charger is as efficient and clean as they say, and I have no reason to disbelieve and the price is right, the very large
orders that the company is waiting for, should come to fruition.

Having first come across this company a couple of weeks ago and then watching/researching the company, decided to buy in.

Missed the lowest point, but still feel I have bought in at a very good price, especially as companies in the same/similar field as Bioventix will be looked at in a more serious and important vain due to the current crisis.

Been thinking why a steady uptick of the SP all week.

Could it be that as far more use of credit/debit cards are being used for online ordering and also in shops instead of cash, due to less contamination, card companies are/or will be looking to move to the best secure payment systems there are.

Also Echoh is more likely to retain existing contracts.

It appears that fraud/scamming incidents are increasing as there will always be the worst scumbags taking advantage of any crisis.

would be interested to hear other views re any possible reason for the SP rise, especially in a week were most shares are on a downward trend.

I did contact this site and they replied that they are trying to solve the problem that is caused by their It system not being able to manage the volume of traffic. Strange though that it always happens around 1400 hrs.

Does anyone know a free site that has all trades of the day and does not stop showing trades after around 1400 hrs.

Usually I like most take exception to post containing everything in capitals, but in this instance I fully agree as we all feel like shouting out this message.
Although crises like what we currently have bring out the best in most people, it also bring scum to the surface.

Appreciate the above is not AFC related, but it has to be said.

Is anyone else not seeing trades after 1241.

Equally, imagine the rise once this virus effect starts to diminish, which it will.

It could also stop the short sellers who are pouring petrol on the fires, as it they thought that the markets would temporarily close would not risk being caught short (pun intended) when they re-opened.

Mean't to add, that I agree it won't stop companies putting in orders, but it is likely to cut back on numbers.

Companies such as Premier Inn and others in the hospitality sector have already hinted that any investment decisions will probably be put on hold till they can see what financial effect the virus will have on their businesses.

This is already being discussed around all the worlds stock markets.

The reasons for closure are that almost all companies quoted prices and therefore valuations are false to what the value of these companies are.

All any closure will do is stop the ridiculous example given by one market broker, who stated that on going for a comfort brake a share he was specially watching was 16% down, by the time he got back the sp was 8% down.

His point was that as this companies value over less than 5 mins had not changed in real terms, its market cap had changed drastically.

If the markets close for a couple of months or less if the situation improves, markets would very quickly get back to normal, whereas keeping them open is knocking investors confidence as can be seen by the rush to sell.

I appreciate there are positives and negatives re keeping markets open or closing them, but we will have to wait and see what decision they eventually make.

As to PHE, the virus is obviously making a effect on any likelihood of orders moving for the next few months 'but', post virus, they hopefully will be well set to take and deliver any orders for their DMG's.

The virus won't stop the waste to energy revolution, only delay it, so no matter how much the sp drops, I am already looking forward several months and trying not to dwell on today or tomorrow.

PHE's sp will I am sure start to creep back up once the virus figures re contagion and deaths start to drop, and by this time next year we will look back at the sp of today and consider it just another blip in the many years of waiting for PHE to take off.

My own thought is that all world stock markets close till this endemic starts to leave us, as keeping the markets open as now can have only a negative effect.
