Good find.
Those masks work out at approx 45p each and they are only regular fabric 3 ply masks that according to the blurb has a special formula on the textile that supresses the activity of the virus. Notice that it stated viruses but no mention of Covid 19 only that its antiviral activity value is 3.4 which is superior than the ISO standards antiviral activity value.

So not a virus killing mask, only a virus supressing mask, and if they can charge 45p per mask, that has to put the P2F Covid 19 virus killer mask at a premium.

As the NHS and therefore the Government know about the P2F mask, I was just wondering if the company has been told to hold back any mask news until there is more certainty as to actual production/delivery dates.

A few weeks ago, I remember a couple of newspapers hinting that vaccine producing companies had been warned by the government, that they should not publish anything to the media, as the government did not want peoples hopes to get too high, after what happened to all the projections re vaccines/testing from earlier in the year.

As said, it was in the papers, but as we know that could mean anything.

I have absolutely no idea.

I have almost given up on the antics of companies quoted on the AIM.

The converted loan notes, could be done for a multiple of reasons and just prior to good news is one of them as you then hold the conversion into actual shares and the company could also even gain.

My slight worry is the amount he sold.

Hopefully someone with better knowledge than I re L/N can assist.

If I have 10 apples in a bag that are worth 10p each and someone else asked me if they can put 10 more apples in the bag, the value of the total apples has now increased from £1 to £2.

We both have a share of the contents which = £1 worth each.

This is not like my bag of apples, all 10 being cut in half, then divided up between 2 people, that would be dilution, the adding of apples as in the first instance is 'Not' dilution, but is added value.

RMS is now a bigger company, IE more apples added = more worth.

I can't understand why people don't get this

Although lasting only 4 mins, there were plenty of very positive feedback (pun intended).

It looks like due to Wish2020, the company will get great backing from Middle Eastern countries to push these products into their health areas.

This should mean that the company itself will be introduced to potential customers by government official, making and sales pitches easier and more likely to succeed.

Not just great publicity but you don't get sellected for such a prestigious award as Wish unless your technology is first class.

No sponsors or partners mentioned, as it was an ad for the sport itself, so not expected.

But any publicity is good, and obviously the more that hear about, get to know about E-Extreme, the more will eventually hear about AFC.

Whilst the manufacture/supply of masks is always needed, the P2F mask being specifically made to kill Covid 19 will be more of a short time span product.

This is not to say, that the company would not be in the forefront of a similar virus killing mask, should another new/mutated virus rear it's ugly head, just that the next 12 months will give them the best opportunity to make profits.

Apart from the obvious next moves being a second. third machine, the opportunity to licence the product is overwhelming.

As every country in the world will be screaming for anything there is to assist in the containment, killing of the virus, RMS alone could never satisfy demand on a stand alone basis.

So even looking at a short timeline of 12 months, RMS's prospects are huge, not of course ignoring the other arms of the company, especially their GyroMetric Systems, which could also take of in the near future, whilst probably having an even better mid/long term future than the P2F mask.

And that's the reason most of except as the reason for Braveheart to link P2F with RMS as a joined up company, and whilst again stating the obvious, the extra shares do not dilute the companies value.

Never put so many on ignore in a single day and probably not finished yet.

To all those who post positive or negative views re RMS, keep posting but please, please, don't reply to those you know are obviously trying to get the price down, so they can buy into the company, because if you do, with so many now de-ramping the only result will be all those posts that contain good info, will be lost in all the dross.

Taking the current, at time of typing an sp of 4.2p, with a total now of 1,496,627,261 shares the enhanced company value is 62 million or there abouts.

Not a high M/cap considering what they have in the soon to be opened box.

As said, earlier but some still don't appear to understand, there is 'No Dilution' as the extra shares are a great value for what is now an even stronger company to invest in.

As the documents have now been, signed sealed, delivered, I can only put the current sp down to some disappointment in a contract not being coupled with the GM vote result.

The contract/contracts RNS is surely just a matter of time.

In all my 20 years plus investing I have never seen such an obvious and volatile tree shake, and looking at todays trades, it is working.

If anyone can give me one single, sensible reason why the dip earlier of 8% down can be justified, when the only difference from yesterdays close and todays opening, is that we are several hours nearer to the RMS/Braveheart/P2F deal being signed, sealed and settled, I would be very interested, and even more surprised.

From tomorrow on, the company called RMS will be bigger, simply because they become full owners of P2F, so the question of dilution of share price/holdings is somewhat negated, IE more shares in issue, but company auto valued at more.

The USA have advised all those that are showing symptoms of Covid 19 that they should wear a mask when at home.

First of all, obviously this is nigh impossible to Police and it is only advice, but lets look at some evidence and how wearing a mask at home/work would help.

Research has shown the spread of the virus is far more prevalent that in other indoor locations.

The average home is far smaller that an office/workspace or and supermarket, shop and other such places people enter, whilst also being where people are less likely to move round whilst also spending more time in others company.

As quarantine rules suggest, as it is several days from the initial person in a family contacting the virus, to spreading it to the second/third and so on, the quarantine period should last for at least 7 days 'from the last person' in any close living group contacting the virus.

If it is ruled, as I think it already is, and that the above rule is clarified to all, that once all in any close knit group are tested and return a negative result, they can exit quarantine, the wearing of a covid killing mask, might just prove self policing.

As said, impossible to police, but as we know, many millions of people do/will obey quarantine rules, or even advice (not so much in the USA where the advice has already been given), so could this be yet another line of sales for the P2F mask, especially in they are supplied and paid for by governments to all tested positive.

My wife has just read out to me that IKEA are selling Gunrid air purifying curtains, ........GUNRID is a multifunctional curtain that not only filters light but also improves the indoor air. It has a mineral-based surface treatment that captures indoor air pollutants and break them down into carbon dioxide and tiny water molecules.

At £25 per curtain, I wonder how many people will rush out to buy, trying anything to stop the covid spread (which these curtains obviously won't).

If as I hope, the P2F mask is clearly marked, with a mark that becomes as well know as say Niki, Adidas, Puma word will once this mask gets the publicity is deserves, spread faster than the virus.

I think it's because people are moving out of BRH into RMS, both look good for the future, but out of the 2, I think RMS definitely have the edge.

Don't usually post about other companies on the Deltex thread, but Lidco are up 74% today due to an offer for takeover.

Lidco have been compared to Deltex many times over the years, with a general conclusion, some years ago, that the Deltex doppla system was better in most areas.

The Lidco price has not improved much over the years, but it has performed a bit better than the Deltex sp.

As the Deltex management appear to be asleep, not selling anything, any idea what they do all day.

Hope we join Lidco as a company take over.
