Think of how many elderly have died from pneumonia in the last month compared to this virus, it I less harmful than that. The figures are something like 85%get it with no symptoms, the other 14%might have a runny nose and a cough and the other 1% could get seriously ill if they have underlying problems. It’s *******s, you will wake up one day and think whatever happend to that corona virus you never hear of now. Same as swine flu and all the other tosh that was going to kill us all.

Shale owes billions in bond maturity’s , they have to pump to survive, they can’t just throw the towel in. Plus trump loves shale because it’s kept oil prices sub $70 for a while now which kept the economy out of a recession.
Russia and Saudis have had enough of this, so a few months of $40 oil or maybe lower and shale is no more and Saudis and Russia get to go back to full production and probably at $60+

They aren’t going to, they can do it for so long to put the squeeze on a lot of producers worldwide and wipe out a lot of producers and then they get to return to normal rates and achieve their $60 a barrel they need. If opec and Russia don’t agree to have another meeting within a month or two I’ll be very,very surprised.

Just because these country’s can produce it cheap doesn’t mean they can afford to sell it cheap, Russia can more so than saudis. They will cooperate in time after shale has suffered,this is a Gift opportunity for major expansion for us.
