If he was in doubt of a deal then he would have actually done the opposite of what you’re saying- excercise the warrants so that he can sell them for a profit. The fact that he hasn’t is actually the bullish sign because warrants are just converted to cash in the event of a buy out or he will excise them when he thinks fair value is here. (Obviously not now)

Also what Roger is saying is, if you do 3d seismic and prove up £100B of gold reserves, you shouldn’t go for £10B price tag for that gold mine, if you only have 5 people who found the gold then it’s only worth £200m at best and you should sell it straight away and be happy.

If you think he’s blatantly lying then there is no investment case even at 1p so why are you all talking of buying back in sub 5 p-3p or wherever.

If Tim is a lier then you wouldn’t waste your days here surely.

Just because Tim has extended the deadline into 2026 (doesn’t even mean that will be the case) then it doesn’t make him a lier. He has literally put a target on his head saying we are in talks with multiple companies, it’s very complex and it’s taking a bit longer than we hoped.

That doesn’t sound like a lie to me. If I was Tim and I was lying, I would be hibernating not stirring the hornets nest.

It’s still a punt and a deal is possible but its VERY CLEAR that the Parma’s aren’t clambering over each other to sign on the dotted line, as overzealous Tim pretty much indicated in interviews one and two.

That’s because you can’t read. “A number of top 10 pharma” is not “10 giant pharma companies “

There’s “trust being broken” and then there’s not having time to guide all potential partners/buyers through the highly sensitive data.

These companies will be running it by their own teams to make sure this $cience stacks up.

If there’s 4/5 companies all extremely interested and bouncing figures around, then you have to go back to the other companies to say they have offered X,Y,and Z.

I really don’t get how anyone can put a negative spin on this.
