If there are multiple party’s interested and things are very complex a company with plenty of fire power might just stick a cash offer on the table of £250-£300m (circa 50-60p) and the majority would snap it up.

If a name like Pfizer was to be mentioned it would double or treble the SP which in turn could make the company more valuable. What if Pfizer changed their approach and launched an all cash offer for £2-300m but it’s no longer a huge premium to investors because mentioning huge names has sent the share price stratospheric. These company’s will not want their names been thrown around Willy nilly.

IMM didn’t have the diognostic side of p140 previously.

IMM now have a full set of concluded data on MOA for P140.

Saying Tim has never got a deal done before is a crazy take. What was there to buy into before the last couple of months where MOA has been proven and patent applied for?

We have partners signing NDA’s (never have before). You do not require NDA unless your data is bang on the money and proving the platform.

First week of using the hand cream.

As a stonemason by trade my hands get very rough and dry and I have to say (although not experienced with other creams) skin+cell has done wonders on my hands.
