Another thing that doesn’t add up with OTM is the fact you have a large holding (apparently) and at best you are hoping for 20p WITH A DEAL.

Do you have any concept for risk reward? So you’re saying all the negatives about this share yet at best you hope for 300% profit.

Potential partners have only had access to any data since NDAs were signed,monteacute. You absolute simpleton.

By the end of the year is actually more vague imo. I don’t even see the issue because end of the year to me could quite easily have always meant running into the new year.

Patent filed on the first of September so at the earliest NDA could have been signed from then. That’s only 3 months…

Maybe it has been naivety on tims behalf on the work and complexity that goes into these deals but 3 months is not a long time and really it’s actually quite obvious that this deal would run into 2026.

Then you will have other party’s who will have come to the data room later, say October, then the process starts again. Their ideas of a deal and taking the company forward then have to be weighed up against existing potential partners already in more advanced talks.

I truly believe Tim is just making sure he is going to get the best deal and he knows setting deadlines for the year end was a bad move.

8 minute onwards Tim mentions twice that a deal will come in the new year.

The new year means January or February at the latest imo.

Roger, he quite clearly says early 2026. If he was lying he would just say 2026. It’s a slight delay but you just like twisting events.

From the time of patent and then NDA being signed this has been a matter of a few months. No time at all when these things can take 6-12 months quite easily.
