After interest on loans/opex/and capex spent on the fields(the $300m a year they stated) I have them producing a pre tax profit of $175m which makes the deal sound very expensive for the outlay. But in 2028 I think capex stops and production doubles?

Did I hear it right where they said the fields require $300m per year for the next 3years?

What are the thoughts of the guys more knowledge than me on the fcf of the new assets after capex and interest on loans? I’d appreciate anyone’s breakdown just to see if I’m missing something? As it stands to me there’s very little left until 2028 and beyond when they really start to pay.

You guys are waiting on a PE of 26? Already top heavy at 13 right now, I’ll happily accept any explanation of what metric you value Barcs on to justify anything over £5 per share never mind £8-£10.

Based on what though? I keep asking and no one comes up with anything? I’ve stated and explained my problems with the economy/system and the falseness of it. The gold price that is obviously seeing the same as me, the fact Barcs is back at all time high equivalent and making all the same mistakes as pre 2008.

Everyone just says it’s a buy with no justification of how this isn’t wayyyy overvalued again. 75% up on a year where we have a PM driving buisness’s into the ground and wealth out of the country? And a banking system that tried Quantsrive tightening and immediately eased off. BOE selling bonds for a loss and can’t offload them because they will spike yeilds and slow the economy.

So it’s back to more QE…. That’s not a healthy economy, it’s got nowhere to go, either higher interest and slow/crash the economy or crash the £… no wonder they need to push for a war.

I don’t think it’s a bad deal, laidback. I definitely see how well it fits with HBR and are going to be great assets. I’m just trying to see how the market is looking at this and I think it’s not liking the outlay at such a time of depressed oil prices. I’m not sure what is going to send oil north from here either which is the biggest worry.

Market doesn’t seem too impressed with the deal so I sold at a few k profit.

I think when the assets are producing 70kboepd in 2028 with huge prospects to drill and tie back into then it will prove a good an acquisition. But I think at current levels we have paid a little bit too much for them. Over $300m a year for the next 3-4 years in capex for the LLOG assets alone seems a heavy investment ontop of a price tag of $3.2B.

Harbour is definitely going to be a monster in the future but at the minute the market thinks we are just snowballing debt nd the production isn’t going up enough to justify it.

Is that pre clinical aswell? Little to no data on effectiveness or safety!

P140 has both and ready to be fast tracked through phase 3 which will minimise time loss on the 20 year global patent and increase value.P140 covers over 50 autoimmune diseases not just 1, and has a diognostic tool to go with it.

Remeber P140 doesn’t block anything, it restores homeostasis to the cells that are confused and lets the body do its thing fairly naturally.

There’s no wonder it’s taking a little longer to get these figures right imo.

I think a retest of £4.30 short term myself and then back to £3.90 area.

Msuk, the fact you claim to do this as a job shows how little you know. As many have stated, TA is a tool that has a mind of its own, sometimes it plays out, sometimes it doesn’t. Usually it very rarely does anything without a catalyst and just provides simple support lines.

Yep I do agree, HBR definitely are all in for sure.

I think the Waldorf was a hell of a deal with tax credits it provides around $300m a year to fcf while we have tax credits,and after $300m Per year capex for the first few years LLOG assets should return around $250m?

Around $550m increase increase in fcf at current prices for the next 2-3 years and as the U.K. tax relief expires LLOG assets increase in production kicks in and those assets should produce over $1b a year even at these oil prices.

Just watched the presentation, fcf set to increase by 60% with this acquisition from 2026-2030? That’s absolutely incredible.

I do think HBR is due a re rate when the market digests this.

While freeing up $350B decom funds.

You can see how even without the cashflow off the LLOG aquisition Linda has Integrated these acquisitions very well to complement each other and will have debt de leveraged in no time.

Beleive it or not roger I’m actually still in profit here after selling a decent chunk at 15p and re adding £25k at 8p and £25k at 7p (if you must know. But even my core 1m shares from average of 4p is still in the the positive.

Exactly. By Roger’s reasoning Tim has got the scientist in on this ‘lie’ aswell and got them to say on interview that the data is compelling and that he couldn’t actually beleive the results himself, they were that positive.

Msuk again, nothing you predicted would have come true without the delay in the deal. So commentating on where the share price is now has absolutely nothing to do with your prediction because without the delay it wouldn’t even be sub 10p.

It’s really not hard to get a chart and establish support lines, a monkey can do it. You can pat yourself on your back all you like but just as easy as you predicting 4p, a deal could land and it could be 40p and your commentary will stop because you will realise fundamentals don’t follow TA. TA comes into play at times of drift like now.

The CEO lied about signing NDA and absolutely no one is interested in p140.
