What people are forgetting is there was absolutely no obligation to update the market yesterday. NONE. Tim didn’t need to stoke the fire and bring a bombardment of an abuse to his office. It was simply an update to let the market know things are in motion, and they are taking a bit longer than hoped.

We have all been bombarding Lisa with emails saying “are we on track for year end?” So they have released an RNS covering thensleves INCASE it does. It doesn’t necessarily mean it even will.

If P140 was so special, do you not think that one of the pharmas that have mcaps in the billions would have dropped £33m to just buy IMM. It would be pocket money, but no one is convinced about P140. This is the equivalent to QBT's and their methods

I don’t think calling Lisa solves anything. Only a week ago Vik stated that he had spoken to both Tim and Lisa. Whilst he didn’t divulge the content, he stated he was confident and holding. Clearly he never got the ‘truth’ on those calls. Forget about private phone calls, just look at the public statements and announcements, that have all been complete tosh.
