At this stage I'll take any positive newsflow in whatever order!

Sorry but we have no idea when those trades were placed so until we see the open on Monday it's meaningless. Latest advice suggests significant upside. Any lower and this becomes vulnerable as a takeover target, if it isn't already.

Was the price attached by a particularly large sell of 2,577,008 shares post market, someone accepting a discount to offload in a single transaction. Should gap up on Monday.

Actually 211p if you take out Gyauana, which he then says is probably still commercial anyway.

Jay111s - you're comments are unfounded scaremongering based on nothing. The current price is already in the extreme oversold area. Either you have knowledge of some further very negative news the market isn't aware of to justify a price as low as 116p or you are just being a nasty little troll.

PMO is currently down much more than Tullow, relative to the market Tullow is outperforming on the day, despite being down and out more generally

no reason for this to drop 2p at the open <- as I said below, there was a reason, the market was generally down around 2% mimicking a similar drop across the board in Asia related to developments with Hong Kong and the potential impact on a trade deal. PMO for example was down about 1.5% at open.

Longer term holders know we have been here before with Tullow, putting up with dubious share price movements and sudden rises that appear and disappear in an afternoon.

Oh, I am only referring to my recent purchases. Don't worry mate I have long term holdings that average around 188p so I am under water on this by over 100k or so.

The drop this morning is related to the wider market movement in response to the drop on asian markets.

There are shale oil operators on the verge of bankruptcy whose shares haven't been punished as much as Tullow.

As has been stated here before - this is about trust in management.

CEO Holzman bought 100,000 shares at 56.85p yesterday to take his stake to 4.56%.

Chairman Moshe Peterburg purchased 200,000 at 55.2p (6.24%) and non-exec Peter Nicol acquired 100,000 at 53.83p.

Other directors bought shares worth around C$50,000.
