If you want documentation perhaps you could ask Stratex to provide meeting notes where they allegedly discussed agreeing to have Hannam & Partners organise the purchase of AngloGold shares by a third party on the promise to them of a fast profit, mere hours ahead of voting on the resolutions they were about to lose so disasterously. Or perhaps you believe that this was all just a coincidence that Marcus had absolutely nothing to do with?

Holding out for as low as 34.40 is a bit greedy - added a large chunk of stock this morning at 34.92 and happy to hold. The share is ridiculously oversold and Shire has tended to retrace very quickly in the past. On forward PE it looks very cheap and Shire is still run by one of the best CEOs in the business and paying down it's debt impressively fast.

I have it on good authority that Borborema in particular, is total trash, the easy gold picked by previous local miner owners who drilled extensively and decided further mining wasn't good value so they sold of the plot to gullible foreigners who in years and years of ownership have managed to achieved nothing. I pity CAS shareholders because Marcus will decimate what is left of Crusader. They are unable to raise capital from the Aussie exchange with the recent raise all provided by "directors and pals" and are really desperate for an AIM listing, which I believe will be rejected.

Oh - and just to correct the point bout CAS making a successful raise - actually no they failed to raise cash from ASX, Why do you think they are desperate to list on AIM or the Canadian market? The raise was purely from "directors and pals". Their SP is at an all time low and their AIM list plans includes diluting existing shareholders by over 50%. Personally I think their listing on AIM will be rejected.

Not sure what this ABLE guys is smoking but Marcus's tenure at Stratex is marked by a very sorry mix of incompetence and dubious actions, all paid for by shareholders, that sought to push his deal with CAS across the line no matter what the cost to the company. I wouldn't go anywhere near a company run by Marcus and already you can see the damage he is doing at CAS. Sorry Botrot but Stratex isn't worth anything at all because any positive value attributable to the TSR stake is unfortunately eclipsed by the massive liability that are the stupid, old fools running it. They let the fox into the hen house, and are now desperately clinging onto the scraps that are left over - the company won't even exist within a few years at most. Later in January Bob is going to waffle something about Muratdere suddenly becoming viable before going back to his comfortable retirement with yet another wedge of severance cash, leaving a new CEO in charge who has been bound to the boards directions. Even if Muratdere was remotely viable, would you trust this lot to perform a successful commercial execution?

I feel the answer is in the plans TSR set out. A focus on cost cutting and closing the UK and Turkish offices not something presumably including redundancies and salary cuts for board members is clearly not something the current board is keen on given their long standing failure to get costs properly under control. While there is not much shareholders can do immediately, with the board having already made public their intention to announce a new board composition, if the announcement is not clearly in shareholders interests or no decision is actually made in a reasonable amount of time then the board once again opens itself up to questions about how seriously they are taking their duties as directors.

You need to see the bigger picture of what is happening. Crusader asked for their shares to be suspended and the ASX allowed a suspension to Monday so far as I am aware. Their latest update shows them on the verge on insolvency with no let up in their massive cash burn. They have almost nothing left of the second loan of one million ozzie dollars sent to them by Marcus Englebrecht. The circumstance strongly suggest that Stratex will have to make its announcement on Monday, either they will comply with shareholders demands or they will go ignore them and face further shareholder action and very possibly legal action. As for TSR, their intentions are very clear. Have you not read through the extensive presentations they presented to shareholders? They have made themselves available to shareholders for questions. Why have you not been in touch with them to ask if you have concerns?

I can't agree with your assessment. Leaving Peter Addison in charge is a disaster for shareholders. Come Monday the board will press on as if nothing has happened.

Stratex deny that they paid for this propaganda from what is a little known US-based private corporate governance advisory firm. Extraordinary that they bothered to put out a press release about a report it seems is not available for us to actually read. We are just told a report exists and that it says we should support the board - well sorry Marcus but most people already voted to get you kicked out. Goldstone disposal was pure spite. I exchanged correspondence with them and they just don't get it. Yes, I agree if they want to dispose of an asset because "it doesn't meet their minimum investment criteria" - they have every right to do that - sounds like a lot of bullshit to me - but okay - that still isn't an excuse to sell it of for peanuts. I'd suggest there is less than $4 million left in the bank account and whatever we can claw back from Crusader.

ABLE, or should I say Marcus? Stratex already has major institutional partners and not a single one of them wants to touch Crusader assets with a barge pole. Take your 50K shares and do one. Marcus is out on his arse on 1st Nov.

The rest of them don;t have anything like the kind of skills required to pull off this fantasy acquisition. What is the formulated plan that the dissenters have and what is the actual time frame they have to start producing earnings? I would encourage you to get onto the shareholders website hxxp://newstrat.co.uk and look at the alternative plans which are by far more interesting and achievable than this fantasy peddled by Marcus.

This means nothing. Your holding faces massive dilution no matter what Marcus might pretend. Perhaps you are expecting a re-rate to 3.5p a share as per Marcus propaganda - well sorry but just look at what's happened to Crusader and Stratex share prices in the last few months. The market is screaming that it HATES this deal. There won't be any re-rate, just capital raise after capital raise just like Crusader has been doing for years and years to cover the cost of its extremely expensive directors.

what changed my mind was the fact that the board looked at the true value of Borborema and the value of it ascribed by the market and decided that bringing a couple of institutions on board as the present board has the experience to complete such a deal. You are entitled to your vote mate, but I am slightly ****ed off that you have voted in support of the Company on what sounds like very a ill-thought out basis, being pushed into it by someone from Stratex by the sounds of it, increasing the risk of massive dilution for existing shareholders and forcing shareholders into a hugely risky adventure in a corrupt country for the sake of lack lustre assets, meanwhile paying a huge premium for what is essentially an insolvent company at the same time as treating Stratex as a cash shell. Have you visited the New Start for Stratex website? Have you read through the recent SP Angel morning analyst notes? Have you researched the tragic history of junior European miners that tried to break into Brazil? I would urge you to call your nominee and please amend your vote in support of the resolutions.
