Just imagine it - Corbyn and Krankie on the threshold of Number 10 - what a low point in British history that will be, not that Mrs May was much better.
A lot of the capital will have been moved over to PMO and elsewhere. Would require strong news flow to get them taking profits and moving that cash back here.
ECO as well but that could just be a little more risky - somewhat of an understatement. Tullow is a dividend-paying producer with a decent record on debt reduction and strong cash flows. ECO is well capitalised, but is a pure exploration play and as such you take your gamble.
I've held Tullow in greater or lesser amounts for years now. This is the first drill in an un-operated area so it is understandable they would seek to manage expectations.
Pretty sure the 3-4% yesterday was a bounce, especially as the market generally was down. Tullow might be down again today, but compared to the rest of the market it isn't doing so bad.
