I posted a while back saying od snap the hand off anyone offering £400 million for all of PREM. There is no point thinking about a billion or two billion as GR has proved many times he isn't the man who is going to realise it's true value as it's far beyond his capabilities or even his timeline.

The problem lies with having drilled 40k metres but not having an RUS. It's all well and good believing Canmax know what's there but no one offers on a company believing someone else might now what's there.

Talk of a buyout are pointless until GR actually let's everyone know what's there. The value of the plant is largely questionable as it doesn't work. I cant sell a Ferrari for good money if I can't prove it runs well or there is even an engine under the hood.

Number one was an ordinary resolution only required a majority.

Number 2 was a special resolution required 75 percent of voting in favour

So in short Snowking you don't know when the RNS is coming like the rest of us. I've never seen you say it's a bad one so I'll just assume you don't know either way on that as well.

Jenkoo not sure an extension benefits PREM. They are running out of cash, can't generate anything if you can't pay the running costs They will of course have those 4 billion shares to dip into if needed but I'd prefer that didn't happen!

Snowkings done well out of it. Selling chunks all the way up to a penny and then buying in cheaper on the way back down. That's the aim of the game.

I'd prefer him to be less excited, more straight talking and realistic. I don't want to hear about what it might be in 3 years, lovely to hear but the focus especially now needs to be firmly on the short term without getting distracted. Bit like spending so much time thinking of the glorious future you forget you need to survive and thrive in the day to day to get there or the future never comes.

Either way not long to know for sure. Should know one way or the other by end of next week what the short term looks like.
