Snowking I'm intrigued as to how you manage to keep buying more yet never hit a TR1 with the purported amount you hold.

It can only be that you are buying very small amounts or you have as stated in the telegram group been sold some at stages 0.6 and 1p so your really just trading this.

Both of which are fine but its worth being transparent to those that while you are probably buying more at a given point you never seem to offer the same insight when you are selling clearly

There % off take is linked to the holding but it's a sliding scale. So the more their holding shrinks the less the % of offtake is how I understood GR explain it

Wolf someone will take it on at more than the market cap it is now. The point is he doesn't have a back up plan yet. Bluff called. Olive branch denied. He has messed them around and shareholders. The value has always been in the asset but his ego has led him here and it's true value will not be realised with GR.

If there was a better partner he would have had one lined up or swapped it out before as surely that's the best thing for shareholders. There is no one else, he would need to share way more info with the market than he has to generate interest. Saying I've had a few approaches is no where near close to having anything backed up.

If he doesn't have the technical expertise and is relying on a contractor to tell him it's all ok without clearly doing any internal due diligence then that is his problem he should be aware of his shortcomings.

He can't rely on a contractor, he has to check the work and if he doesn't have the skillset he should have employed someone or got someone on the board who can.
