A. Check in regularly and when you know your going to be doing an interview and always asked the question find out.

B. Leave the subcontractor to get on with it like last time and hope at the eleventh hour you don't get the same message and then answer I don't know at your interview to shareholders

So you have considered the headroom and come to the conclusion it will not be used to fund running costs and it's ring fenced to secure an offtake partner. I must have missed that in his interviews and RNS

Consider this horult if the 5 billion shares is to be used to secure a new partner. Why not just say that in the RNS.

"Please let me have 5 billion shares it will be used to secure a new offtake partner.

I will sell my shares to find it short term and the headroom won't be needed for running costs or to pay me back because I will have a new offtake/deal by then"

There's much more turbulance to come. One way or another there's lots of shares that will be sold for the loan or lots of shares entering the market if the motion passes.

I will not be voting in favour of the headroom without proof of grades or that the plant is actually producing saleable SPOD. And even then I question the need for headroom if that's the case with the loan. If he then comes out and asks for headroom to secure another offtake partner then that's a different thing altogether.

The telegram group smacks of desperation to ensure it passes. Which is always a worry when they are desperate
