Yep for me it's make or break for GR. He can't say he didn't know because he's used that excuse.

He won't get the votes iny opinion unless he can show tangible spod. He won't get another offtake until he shows tangible spod.

So it surprises me after all that's happened he should be in constant dialogue with Stark as they are ultimately the make it break for him but they had no idea he even released an RNS today let alone what was in it.

Wolf I can't see him convincing enough people to vote to get the 9billion.

Gozee etc will cover the same as before circa 3.5billion.

That's still 5.5billion to go. Yes there are 23 billion but there's always going to be 40 to 50 percent that don't vote for those that do to be convinced by him to take a hit on the value of the stock in more hope it will recover to higher highs.

I'd only be voting yes with confirmation of at least one or all of them

- it's producing SC6 in an RNS

- what the dilution will be spent on specifically and for how long

- failure to deliver will result in his resignation

I'd be surprised if he gets the 75 percent he needs either way of Canmax are going to be voting no.

Appears GR released the RNS and Stark had no idea. Prime example of why he doesn't know what's going on if he isn't in dialogue with his most instrumental contractor!

Yep ideally for my KOD shares just a RNS about the DSO being the issue would be fine by me. Might see a recovery then.

If there is no RNS there is still uncertainty as to why. If there is an RNS the rumours are it's about the DSO so will be a hiccup either way

I imagine there is a large seller, Canmax, Snowking, one of the others in the telegram group. Who knows but they hold a lot of shares so it shortens the list somewhat!

Just to add I don't consider the way this has panned out to be some kind of genius at work in GR. Genius would have been successfully delivering what he said he would in the timescale he said.

He has simply scrambled and thrown a hell Mary with the FM. Giving his offense as much time as possible to get as many players in the right place to hopefully catch it. If they do it is not a genius play just simply the only play to be made.

If nothing was settled between parties in arbitration and the courts upheld that FM was not relevant it would not convert a prepayment to a loan, it would make Canmax a creditor of PREM and looking to seek repayment of the debt. By the time any of that happens you would expect PREM to be generating revenue and able to come to an arrangement with Canmax on the repayment of the debt, cash or spod. Again if they couldn't the process would start again with Canmax recovering the money through court unless it was agreed at the FM hearing for repayment to be settled in X amount of time. This is Canmax problem by not having the prepayment held over an asset.

All of this is ages away in reality. It's simply a case of trying to generate as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time for as best cost as possible. (the aim of any profit company regardless)

They still have 50 percent to sell of whatever they produce and if Canmax don't take the 50 percent offtake they are offered then the same things apply, they have turned it down so it can be sold elsewhere. As long as the offer is made for the 50 percent Canmax can't also keep just rejecting it and expecting it to sit there.

It's a sticky situation but I hope that by the time it gets to that point all is resolved with the plant and it's largely irrelevant to the future of PREM either way.

Still at his 560 holding. So it doesn't take much to work out that someone who states they are buying but their holding never changes is therefore trading it

Again nothing wrong with it to accumulate but just cautionary that he isn't just buying!

Snowking your post......you accumulated by buying the dips but also selling throughout as well. Please be honest with the board when fluffing it up 👍
