Well the logic is you can buy more at lower prices before the market knows. Why would I tell anyone of a deal being done that was good before I had taken my position.

If there were more than 2 outcomes then yes 6/4 could be a favourite in terms of 3 outcomes as it would be 4 in 10, 3 in 10 and 3 in 10. Meaning 4 in 10 (6/4) would be the favourite as most likely from the 3.

If your thinking of bookmakers then they will keep a bit of the pie for themselves so they wouldn't ever balance back to 10 in the example.

I think my biggest gripe is the whole blame stark let GR off position. He's the CEO of the company and responsible for it. If Stark had delivered would we be going oh nothing to do with GR it's all Stark that have turned this company into a billion pound one.....nope, it would be GR what a man.

I think you need to dive into the detail a bit more. That's not a dig by the time way but all the info you seek is in the RNS or interviews and if it isn't then those are the questions you need to be asking as a shareholder to the company 👍

They are two separate agreements.

Agreement 1

RNS on 8th of March 2022 is the agreement for the 3 billion shares with the offtake. This money was for the DFS Apparantley.

Agreement 2

RNS 24 June 2022 is a prepayment agreement for the 35 million and the plant. This makes no mention of superseding the agreement on RNS 8th of March or enveloping them into one. Specifically see related party transaction in the RNS ergo separate agreement which is why the below was relevant.

Following completion of the subscription agreement by Suzhou TA&A (the "Subscription") as announced on 8 March 2022, Suzhou TA&A is interested in 13.38 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Accordingly, as Suzhou TA&A is currently interested in more than 10 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, the Agreement is a related party transaction for the purposes of Rule 13 of the AIM Rules. As previously announced, as Dr Luo Wei was nominated by Suzhou TA&A as a director of the Company, he is not independent for the purposes of the AIM Rules and the Agreement has therefore been considered by the Independent Directors (being the Board other than Dr Luo Wei).
