Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Unfortunately, a mess ensues...
Even if 2022 revenue was at £2m then that could be re-written down to £600k if the auditors insist the £1.4m is deemed irrecoverable?
And why would the auditors take such a stance. Guess that is simple as DVRG simply do not have the cash in the bank to pay outstanding invoices...
I sense that without DVRG raising new capital then MSYS may be a casualty?
Time for a merger with MSYS taking the bigger stake...
Guzzler, you have proven your worth to this board last week or so.
You cannot add up
You seem to think the company is selling NFS's whatever they may be
You do not seem to understand that end June is the half way point in a calendar year.
It surprises me not that you purport to have failed your maths O level and have no qualifications.
Not sure you needed to state those points as it is blindingly obvious...
Come on guzzler, not got your mathematics head on this morning?
1,000 raffle tickets at $75 is surely $75,000
And surely, 10,000 of each would net in excess of $1,000,000 and not the $100k you have stated?
I think you may have just proven out your revenue guidance of $3.7m...
albeit I have never seen a guidance announced by the company of $3.7m?
No bounce due as yet I fear - decent sized seller resting with a MM...
Further to fall unless the seller is limited at 0.70p?
Very disappointing ride of late.
The trouble is 2022 was indeed a year of inflection for MSYS but it would seem likely that 80% plus of all revenue came from DVRG - we know the number was around £1.5m so revenue was indeed strongly up - BUT and always a but.
DVRG only paid around £100k and may have paid a further tranche of £100k or more since the year closed...
Cash fell from around £2.4m down to year end £800k or so and that is totally down to £1.4m not being paid.
The issue is ow-
1) Can DVRG pay the outstanding invoices and when?
2) If there is further services/product delivered to DVRG then are invoices being paid real time - the suggestion is yes?
3) Is there any other revenue paying clients?
Auditors must be asking some tough questions and rightly so...
Roger and out...
We are 49 calendar days from the half way mark of 2023…
“We are 2 weeks away from half way through 2023” says guzzler…
Are we…
So, the 26th May is half way?
Oh dear…

So your research found nothing. You failed…
There is a common denominator with you guzzler. When your research fails you or people do not kowtow to your demands to deliver evidence to counter your guesswork, you go straight into abuse and discredit mode.
Rather sad really…
And for the record I am not a board member of Mobile Streams Plc, so your accusation that I am “withholding that information from investors” is somewhat inaccurate.
Sleep well guzzler or simply keep researching.
The information is there for all but that rudeness and abuse is your response guzzler...
Come on guzzler. You can do this. The challenge has been set...
Thank you guzzler for the comment.
But a question for you...
How many NFT's have actually sold?
How many Necaxa star tokens have sold?
How many Puma fan tokens have sold?
It is a simple question and I challenge you to do some research of your own...
Amazon's move is a massive endorsement for the NFT global market.
For me, it highlights the MOS move into this NFT arena of twelve months ago.
I think great news for Heroes and for the NFT market overall.
On May 15th the NFT world (might just change) as AMAZON will be able to promote their NFT marketplace to over 200M (enrolled customers).
: Goal: remove friction for NFT purchases, pay with fiat (credit card), only need an Amazon account to start
: Gaming will be a big part of the launch, Amazon Luna could play a role here?
: Rumoured to be built on an Amazon specific private blockchain
: Named: Amazon Digital Marketplace
Interesting post MALord...
Just the 2 posts then and this was your first-
"MOS has been reporting strong financial results in recent quarters, with increasing revenue and earnings. The company has also been implementing cost-saving measures to improve its profitability. These factors could lead to increased investor confidence and demand for MOS shares, ultimately driving up the share price.
Furthermore, MOS has a strong track record of returning value to shareholders in the form of dividends and share buybacks. This could attract income-seeking investors who are looking for steady income streams and potential capital gains.
Overall, based on these factors, it is possible to argue that MOS share price could go up in the future."
Very different messages and your first was rather incorrect in its detail???
