Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
To an extent Ceri, yes it does matter.
MOS is a typical nano cap stock valued at sub £25m and thus is almost fully retail investor held.
Those investors regularly view bulleting boards like LSE and ADVFN and can easily be swung by negative and positive sentiment... they do not necessarily post, but they do view...
So, when they see consistent and often repetitive negative views they often decide a) not to buy and b) to sell what they hold.
To think otherwise is churlish...
So for a guzzler - as he has stated he is a shareholder - it seems utterly stupid to post as many times per day as to how awful he feels the company is managed etc., as it is self defeating in that he chases holders out...
So, short term with shareholders posting consistent negative dialogue it is likely the share will only progress on solid facts - like revenue for the 6 months to end Dec being higher than full year end June 2022.
More facts and tangible progress is what will ultimately drive any company valuation higher.
But for now we put up with the many more negative posters and a flat share price.
The concert party is under ever increasing pressure to keep the share price down.
Are they losing the battle?
We shall see in the coming days and weeks but they certainly seem to be perspiring more than usual...
RSP closed at 14.52 - 14.738
So each and every trade was showing as a sell simply as the execution price was below the mid price on SETS...
Indeed Bubba - so many of these investment companies trading at times at under 50% of there current NAV...
Likes of PIRI and RGO are two very such examples and RGO yields over 5% also.
That all changes when the sentiment turns.
Thanks for your input yet again System/Patt et all in the concert party...
DYR - indeed - have you actually done yours? I say again System - have you actually done yours?
Bring me Valerie…
Who is Valerie?
I can sense the beads of perspiration of a rising share price there System
So Justice - what is your thinking with regards what is coming?
Keen to hear some positive news...
RNS issued by Valereum Plc - VLRM
31 March 2023
Valereum Plc
(“Valereum” or the “Company”)
Group Update and Issue of Shares in Subsidiary
Valereum Plc, the Gibraltar technology group, is pleased to announce that it has issued a total of
11,280 new ordinary shares of 0.0001 pence in its subsidiary Valereum Collections Ltd (the
“Collections Shares”) at a price of £6.25 per share. This raises £70,500 and Valereum now owns
99.8% of Valereum Collections Ltd. These shares will not be listed.
As previously mentioned, NFTs are an important part of the group’s strategy in addition to the
Gibraltar Stock Exchange (“GSX”) acquisition and Valereum Collections is the subsidiary which
will be used to operate the group’s NFT program. This program will cover the linking of NFTs to
real world assets in conservation and motorsport. Using a blockchain provider Valereum
Collections will appeal to all age groups by providing payment methods using both crypto and fiat
currency.
According to a report released by the consulting and global research firm VMR (Verified Market
Research), the overall value of the NFT market is expected to rise to $231 billion by 2030.
Further details about the assets and how the NFT program will function will be made later in the
year.
The NFT project is separate from the group’s intended purchase of the balance of the GSX and
Valereum Plc will make further announcements in relation to this as the transaction progresses. It
will be crucial in creating the foundation of a new international network headquartered in Gibraltar.
Valuation pre-build and with no clients is £35.25m...
Looks cheap.
I would agree that initial core information is held and waiting for confirmation of what is likely known...
The share price has suffered from PJ stepping down so hard to read too much into what we are going to get as results?
Sick or not MeanMrM, you may be stuck with an NFT Platform but it will NOT be valued at £35m.

Why look at VLRM which looks extremely concerning.
Interesting you post fellow club member System…
Concert Party outed by your own self.
Oh dear.
Silly boy…
Funny enough guzzler, you are the one consistent poster who I do not think could be part of any group.
You post very singular minded content and you post to drift the price the way that suits you at a given time.
You are a trader and you want no more than trading opportunities... all in my view of course.
I could have ten accounts System. Deflection not working...
You have admitted albeit unwittingly that you work as a team, a concert party.
You messed up System
System says…
“ with a good partner then we might look at buying here”
Notice System didn’t say I… System said “we”
One little slip but finally announced that they are a team, a concert party, a concerted effort to lower the share price…
Oh well. If you cannot find them guzzler, then they must not exist.
Very funny…
I think more like Mrs Bouquet for guzzler.
Night out on the town...
