Accounts may be delayed and the stock suspended if they do not announce by end June?
7 working days left to deliver those numbers...
Come on MSYS.

Oh to be a broker/MM and taking £800 for 4 settlements...
There is absolutely a need for RNS’s…
The NOMAD and market expectancy is for announcements should any fresh or extended agreement deliver 10% or greater improvement in the companies forecast revenue.
It is clear that no such agreements have been signed whilst the company could easily be signing a number of smaller contracts.

Magoo - Open your eyes…
Could you elaborate on the bits of news you have mentioned mid July and early August Toffee?
Just keen to understand what you believe may be coming…
MOS
Already started to turnaround from rock bottom. Up over 58% in the last 5 days. Previous dilution has been questionable for several months. However, now with the bitso deal, foundations built, NFT drops selling i think this will go several muliples of current sp. 12 month deal with Bitso (2.2billion company) - must like what they see including sales and finances. Many similar companies with platforms not even set up are worth 50mil+
Volume improved massively this last week. Previous concerns and nerves of potential raises smoothed over by the bitso security. Lots of shares in sticky hands and a BOD paid in shares (recently at 0.3p).
Not sure how long it will take inside the 12 months but i don’t think it’s difficult to see where this is heading. Next step a buyout? Plus there are other areas i think the company will go soon. Mobile gaming (mobilegaming.com domain name). SM, PR and marketing massively improved and i feel will snowball when it gets going with bitso. I also expect several more contracts and drops coming soon.
Owners of clubs MOS have contracts with are already linked closely to America with owners having other clubs in the American league. Will that be the next step? Expand in Spain? Bitso have set up in several counties. Huge in Mexico and Latin America with several large institutions.
Took a while with it being quiet since the turn of the year. Now we know why! Huge deal in bitso, absolutely massive 👍
A capital distribution from a company is any money that’s paid from the company to its shareholders that is subject to capital gains tax and is not treated as income for income tax purposes. The majority of distributions made by a company are in the form of income distributions, such as dividend payments, and will be subject to income tax.
Companies Act high level statement
Are dividends and distributions the same thing?
Furthermore, the terms "dividends" and "distributions," are sometimes interchanged and considered the same thing. However, they are actually significantly different. Investors can navigate future investing alternatives by knowing how these two sources of income differ from one another.

Great to see the NFT experiences being enjoyed and is that another Atlante Ultimate sold?
Mobile Streams
One would also venture to suggest that Mobile Streams (MOS), the mobile content provider, is finally turning the corner in terms of its share price, and market perception. It should be the case that after kitchen sinking its financials at the end of March, there is everything to play for in terms of meaningful revenue coming in. Recent deals with Cadiz, and Bitso should ensure that the “administrative costs” are more than covered going forward. Like the example of the CEO at NFX, we know that CEO Mark Epstein is grafting hard to get the turnaround going for MOS.
This dividend is more complex than a straight forward dividend payment and hence some brokers may take a few days to process correctly for tax purposes.
This is a 'distribution' and not a 'dividend' and hence it has to be processed correctly by your respective brokers.
Please seek your own advise as a 'distribution' is not normally subject to dividend tax.
Great week having closed at 0.0975p on Monday and closing at 0.135p this evening…
Just shows how easy sentiment can change with one significant and strategic contract delivered.
We have our crypto and NFT audience in place.
What could possibly come next ?
I am going to state for the record.
There is NO placing currently planned whatsoever...
The company has cash, has a strong Q3 strategy and the future is very exciting. In fact, I would hazard a guess that there is more in the locker and coming very soon.

Good to see Bitso handling institutional and retail flow...

Worth a read as confirms for fact that Bitso is a Mexican based Crypto Exchange and the article provides solid detail behind their valuation, size and reach in the region.
For clarity, it is my understanding that Bitso is a Mexican company and are the largest Cryptocurrency Exchange in Mexico itself.
It was founded in 2014 and its Mexico details are listed as follows-
Bitso Contact Information
Address: Campos Eliseos 400 601B Col. Polanco Reforma Mexico City 11530 Mexico
City: Mexico City
Region: Latin America
Country: Mexico
Independently written news articles claim that Bitso is the largest Cryptocurrency Exchange in Latin America and has up to 95% of all wallets in Mexico and 60% share of Argentina.
This is a game changing agreement and over the coming week or two I expect the market to start understanding that fact.
First review looks very positive
For clarity the costs per month from July are indeed £185k
Revenue from GDM which will include SI (no other products left) should be around £150k per month
Overall, a small loss unless further redundancies are made?
Question - given the number of people already shown the door and likely more to follow, who is paying the approx. £500k of redundancy costs and restructuring costs (HR legal process, plus sale of Athlos costs and general restructuring costs)
Nothing comes free of fees/costs...
I sense either 1) the company will be closed once the Athlos platform has been swiftly taken for one whole pound (£1) or 2) There is to be a face saving deposit of cash for new shares at a rather large discount (can there be a large discount?)
Not good reading today and I sense close to game over.
