Major contract win. Monthly revenue now over $120,000 per month
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is delighted to announce a major strategic partnership contract with International Gaming Systems ("IGS") which is expected to deliver significant revenue to the Company. As a result, the Company expects its monthly revenue across all services to exceed US$120,000 this month.
The revenue share contract with IGS will see IGS's gaming and entertainment services launched and made available globally via the MOS website mobilegaming.com and via MOS telco contracts when ready. These services will begin in Q1 this year with the initial launch of a FIFA Esports tournament involving a top Eurasian football league and a trading service for online gaming skins. These will precede the rollout of further Esports, gaming and content services that IGS will deliver via Mobilegaming.com. IGS will also actively look for other opportunities to grow revenues in partnership with the Company. Additionally, IGS will be using the Steams platform to accelerate and better target its marketing services. Under the terms of the contract, IGS has committed to deliver minimum revenue to MOS of US$720,000 over the first six months, a portion of which will be paid to IGS and MOS will fund modest start-up costs.
Based on the original RNS which was dated the 13th January 2022 a contract had been signed with services to begin in Q1 of 2022…
It would be my view that the existing contract would likely come to its end towards the end of July or maybe even early August depending when the initial service/s commenced.
Given the revenue size of said agreement I would expect some form of communication to the market to advise that said agreement was either- a) concluded b) extended and for what period

The Nomad would ask a few questions to justify it being a full RNS over an RNS Reach...
- What is the value of the contract and what period of time will that revenue be booked - likely less than £5.5m in 2023 but the contract could easily be worth greater than £5.5m over it's duration = RNS
- Is a new challenge study strategic to the company and will it potentially deliver a fresh revenue stream - Yes is surely the answer = RNS
What the RNS should tell us is that the 95% of the 2023 revenue stream being in place by mid February (I believe that was the timing) should assure us that HVO will hit or beat the guidance number of £55m for this year.
Deepverge are a limited company and have no reason to be registered by the FCA?
The companies broker, nomad and financial advisors would indeed be FCA authorised...
Is this creating the fear?
Significant order just hitting the bid - someone wants out...
1.43m sold to date in blocks....
Great result for Mexico in the first group game.
Mexico 4 Honduras 0
Set up nicely for the coming group games...
The Nomad decides what can be RNS'd or not - the company can put news to the Nomad but they can well decide against it being put out as an RNS...
The Nomad works to a standard set of rules and if a new contract is less than £5.5m of fresh revenue (10% plus of revenue guidance) it does not meet the stipulation of 'market sensitive' and thus the Nomad would not agree to a formal announcement.
The company could have easily signed numerous new contracts below the £5.5m level and we would be none the woser?
I cannot see why MSYS would want Labskin etc., but I do get a sense that the Modern Water business would be valuable...
I would maybe expect NB and unfortunately GB to negotiate a transfer of the MW asset to MSYS against the outstanding invoices?
The reaction is more across the board for Aim shares and most being tarred with that same brush.
We have seen DVRG suspend today and they have likely taken MSYS with them.
Cine calling it a day likely also so the Aim market is a mess.
But - there are hidden gems and SAL continue to grow out the business both by new brands and bookings - highly cash generative business...
Best they stay nicely under the radar imo and just keep growing revenues and post that profit for the current year.
And Mexico kick off at 1am...
Can they make the quarter finals?
I guess the basic questions have to be asked-
1- Can the dividend continue at 12% plus?
2- How much cover does the company have in cash
3- What is the change in circumstances should the energy crisis ease away - will the company still continue to cover the dividend if the oil prices fall etc.,
Thoughts?
