For clarity the costs per month from July are indeed £185k
Revenue from GDM which will include SI (no other products left) should be around £150k per month
Overall, a small loss unless further redundancies are made?
Question - given the number of people already shown the door and likely more to follow, who is paying the approx. £500k of redundancy costs and restructuring costs (HR legal process, plus sale of Athlos costs and general restructuring costs)
Nothing comes free of fees/costs...
I sense either 1) the company will be closed once the Athlos platform has been swiftly taken for one whole pound (£1) or 2) There is to be a face saving deposit of cash for new shares at a rather large discount (can there be a large discount?)
Not good reading today and I sense close to game over.
Let's all ignore the article then I suppose Says guzzler…
I am not ignoring the article?
I just corrected you as after all this time it seems clear and obvious you have little understanding of how the Sports NFT market works.
What the article highlights in my view is that the MOS team saw an opportunity to deliver NFT’s with significant value and now lead the way in Mexico and Latin America.
I am not sure why you or anyone would be upset should a MOS have a relationship with Infront. Infront as can be seen from their website are a significant global sports agency?
Alive Entertainment are not a subsidiary of Infront. Please continue your research (do you actually do any research) as Alive are also a significant sports agency more focused on the Latin American and North American market.
Your last few posts show simply 1) how little you understand about the Sports NFT market and 2) Mobile Streams and what it is attempting to achieve?
I thank you.
It may be worthwhile guzzler, you doing a little more research into the statements that you make…
Since when has a
‘fan token with no utilities’ (no benefits) - article actually states ‘has never offered any benefits to users’…
Been the same as, in your exact words… ‘fan experience sports NFT deals’ which clearly (again your words) offer fan experience and therefore offer utilities/benefits?
I personally think they are two completely different products and you are (deliberately) mixing apples and pears to suit your cause…
Exciting times.

Infront Agency have a global portfolio of leading sports companies -
including-
UEFA
Premier League
FIFA
Serie A
and many others.
If only MOS had a relationship with them?
What exactly do you wanted elaborated guzzler...
Could you elaborate your good self?
I guess the issue is whether DVRG can now survive?
They clearly need cash and I can imagine that any form of funding for them is very difficult to find...
Hence, a fire sale of existing assets is the likely route?

Great to see another satisfied customer and the experiences keep rolling out...
The conversation is certainly interesting...
guzzler in the main (but there are others on occasion) simply post repetitive negative comments and then ask for evidence to the contrary.
guzzler clearly knows that no shareholder can answer his questions and that has been stated many times, so his presumption is he has won the argument.
But if I state that at least 663 Necaxa Star NFT's have been sold (I have not looked for 3 weeks so likely more) then no doubt guzzler will shout - prove it or you have inside information...
It is pointless responding to the man as he is 1) here to disparage the company (regardless of any transparent claims that he holds shares) and 2) he deliberately asks questions he knows cannot be answered...
Indeed, available in both Spanish and English…
Interested in seeing if anything else comes out of Spain in the coming month or so as I believe Justice stated that the Heroes team were not just in Spain for Cadiz.
Could Justice have been correct?

Guzzler, my sentence was as follows-
"in terms of revenues I sense that the year to end June coming may yield at least £2.1m (100% increase) but possibly higher - I have pencilled in £2.3m (around 130% increase)"
My only speculation is that I have pencilled in £2.3m of revenue for the year to end June...

My only speculation is that I have pencilled in £2.3m of revenue for the year to end June...
Fair point Toffee - I would agree that to invest in an any company under £100m valuation then fundamentals are unlikely to be strong?
Cash is king and then as I have said many times the opportunity must be in place...
Like any company valued at £4.47m there would seem to be two scenarios -
1) success and investors can make multiples of there investment and
2) failure and investors lose a significant portion of any investment monies
Again, investors clearly look at companies in different ways.
I guess guzzler, you look at revenue and I can understand that... in terms of revenues I sense that the year to end June coming may yield at least £2.1m (100% increase) but possibly higher - I have pencilled in £2.3m (around 130% increase)
So for me, I have been impressed to date with revenue generation but want to see revenue continue to grow 100% plus going forward.
I said cash over £1m as I have no idea of an exact balance as of today...
Finally, given we have 100% revenue growth I am looking at the opportunity in front of the company - it iss clearly there but now has to be taken...
Lot's of things to deliver in the next 6 to twelve months?
The beauty of investing Toffee - we all have differing opinions I guess.
Given the share price is 0.1025p and has fallen from the pre October placing price of 0.26p then (without doing the maths) there has clearly been net selling and hence the share price is where it is today.
The real discussion for me is whether the shares offer opportunity at the current valuation of £4.47m with cash over £1m delivering an enterprise value of around £3.4m or less?
Not sure I have seen your TR1 Justice or is it Dave?
Either way I have informed the company to expect a TR1 from you forthwith...
Revenue guidance is around £6.5m
Operational profit forecast at £200k
Our DCF-based valuation is unchanged at 220p.
Cash should be around £500k plus with an undrawn facility adding a further £750k available
All for tonight's valuation of £1.75m
