THU 13 JUL 2023GOLD CUP - SEMI-FINAL

Great game especially having watched in Mexico City before take off...
The last audited accounts released end Dec 2022 detail the directors salaries...
ME - £70k with no additional benefits
TG - £70k with no additional benefits
NB - £70k with no additional benefits
Clearly a lifestyle company as those packages are humongous...
I thought it may be useful to highlight the gulf between staying private versus seeking a listing as Fanzine have successfully completed a raise (not closed yet so still looking to raise more)
I chose Fanzine as they were the first NFT client that MOS signed and they are in the sports content space...
Fanzine -
Pre raise valuation - £14.20m
Revenue to Feb 2023 - approx. £200k
Net Liabilities - (£412k)
Liabilities due in under 1 year - £400k
Cash - under £25k
Raised so far - £476k
Summary - so here is a company that is successfully raising at over £14m valuation that one could argue would become insolvent without said injection of cash...
The question is are Fanzine overvalued or are MOS under valued?
The audited revenue to June 2022 was £1.022m… (up from £395k)
The half year results to December 2022 delivered revenue of £1.069m (Up from £281k)
I have been consistent in guidance of £2.1m for the year to end June 2023… (That would be 5.32 times the £395k of two years ago - the first full accounts under ME)
Market valuation as of now is £4.26m and the company has minimal debt (less than £45k at last accounts) plus last known cash announced was £1.2m.
I estimate cash to be £900k or greater giving an EV of £3.36m at present.
That suggests a ratio of multiple of just 1.6 for EV/revenues…
The coming 12 months promises to deliver further growth in revenues and I am fully expecting an increase in revenues across Q3 and Q 4.
Lostmoney, I am glad you have confirmed that this board is ‘all our drivel’…
You make a fair and accurate point.
I thank you…

It’s the Semi Final…
What could be next?
Talking to yourself Justice. First sign of madness…
Either you are City but you are NOT?
Either you are in Mexico City but you are NOT
As a SWOT, I think you have covered the weaknesses and threats reasonably well… albeit you have listed items that may be detrimental to the share price but not necessarily to the company.
My thinking that - The 2 agencies begin to scale out and Burton has to offload some due to his DVRG car crash could hurt the share price but not necessarily the companies performance…
To balance, what does one consider to be the strengths and opportunities?
And sort your maths out guzzler… 0.8p would be very welcome!
Hi Toffee, rather intrigued as to the bad news you are predicting in the next few days?
I am still in Mexico City and have one last meeting before I head home, but I am not aware of anything bad hanging out there…
In fact, what I have experienced this last four days has been extremely positive, and I am looking for positive things in the days, weeks and months ahead.
Systemic… not sure what to make of your posting. There is glass half empty, but yours seems to be glass totally empty.
Keep up your rhetoric.
I am enjoying your words…

All happening…
Venue taking shape…
The old ones are the best Justicy…
Just ice - I would love to share but the Four Seasons is very nice.
Good choice.
Breakfast at 9am…
Planning the day.
Guzzler, I thinks it’s Cadiz…
The venue has been chosen well…
I am sure there will be a lot of content delivered over the coming days.
The launch party has been closely guarded and I am looking forward to the evening now - 14 hours away…
And the weather today has been beautiful and a seriously interesting day...
Unfortunately we never got to see Justice at today’s Pumas game

Great time to be in Mexico City…
Pumas early kick off and then the Mexico game this evening…
