Lemonade, you're right in what you say re historic use of cash, but don't forget the reason we are where we are now was largely due to the market on financing projects changing and investors flocking to safe gilts. We have had references to new more capital light finance models in reports but this is only now working through.

So as yet we don't really know what demand on cash there will be going forward. There will be some obviously but we will have to wait and see. Might be better than previous-All to play for IMHO

Well fair enough but what then is your view of the £48m and its impact on the nett cash? Do we assume you are thinking it should be taken off the current nett figure?

They have said they expect that to be spread over 6 years. And they have also said that there is some further offset revenue coming against it also.

Small caps are rising generally but here I think that people are looking at the current price, looking at where the MCap was when full divis were last being paid and looking at time to buy based on recovering profit as interest and gilts fall back...The Refresh revenue stream may also turn into a major contributor to profit over the next few years and they are clearly excited about the potential there.

Volume over daily average already today, bodes well.

Ianian-I assume he means the working through of those on final salary schemes....not many of those been live for a while now, at least in the private sector.

I think your def glass half full on getting it up to 500 and maybe costs would rise slightly if it did but yeah I see it. Insurance wont be that much going forward I think because Ageas are taking the risk and they will take a good slug of what used to be there. I wish they would lay out some guidance for that but anyway we shall see! I shall stick with my 6 quid target after the goodwill is done for and review then. Cheers

Zccax77- am interested that you feel it can 10 bag. What is that based on? I mean the M/Cap used to be about that in say Jan 16 but a lot has changed since then in terms of where the profit is coming from...and the balance sheet then was propped up by 1485m of goodwill! I can see 4-5x when they have cleared the goodwill out but more than that I don't see where the profits would be coming from to support it....

FTSE-I think the team they have there now will under-promise as it recovers. The last presentation had the new FD coming across well I thought? There's been no dilution since the price was over 200. Chart looks good also.20 day has just crossed the 200...I took profit too soon over at COST. Wont make the same mistake here.

Bat, I previously posted the events that are basically going to align in 2027. All imho of course. I'm sure there will be a rise as it becomes clear if they are going to happen or not but its a way off yet. There are plenty of funds that can only buy stocks which pay a dividend. The other lads think I'm wrong and playing it but I post what I think. And as I said below, its not really moved at all since yer man made his grumpy pronouncement 2 years ago.

Mind you I suppose if the ramp fest starts again you never know. I have one leg in and one leg out.

crikey. well my post wasn't really aimed at anyone in particular t**** and i don't think it was nasty? it wasn't you but prior to results someone went very bullish on their opinion that there were no more goodwill write offs to come. and there was. and i then posted some reasoning on why i thought really this is all about 2027, and that i reckoned that they were going to purge all of the goodwill by then . and on further reflection, if that's what i thought then best do something... i then decided to split the dollar that i've had in here since 2020. i wish i had traded it like lti and 440!

i don't do cross board ramping and i don't post trades, hindsight or otherwise. if you're that interested check my posting history.

i also don't post "good news is coming". and to be fair mate, when you post that and someone new to the share asks you why you think that then you just ignore them? i've said when and why i believe this will get to a price we will mostly be happy with, so if you disagree and think its sooner then why not tell us why? it's supposed to be a discussion board after all?

Interesting to see the usual "above 150 by year end" with no back up on why that might be. And you've forgotten posting no more goodwill write downs before last results. Quiet on that huh? "Underlying" for the next 2 years I think and as I said 2027 for action. We will know by then what the actual impact of the insurance deal is then, as clearly no one from the company is going to draw investors a diagram... I've halved my stake here to double it elsewhere and then Ill be back stronger before the end of next year. If I'm wrong so be it.
