They never cleared it across loads of stocks. Probably all. My cynical being tells me to deliberately spook the market or at least those on this platform. They must be loving it. Seems to have settled looking on H/L buying opportunity I think. Just hope Starmer doesn't pour even more petrol on the fire. He really hasn't got a clue how angry people are. I spoke of migration patterns which will all be pretty standard stuff I'm just one consideration when doing an environmental study. Any mitigation factors found during the study will have to be accommodated in the building of the pipeline. That doesn't change the route, but what mitigation is required has to be incorporated into the tender document before it is released.

Crusty even at AGM people were aware from government sources that they 'expected' to put out the tender in July. I didn't see any claims it had been done, but you know what people can be like.

We know what expected means so 2 days late up to now is not a concern.

The CPR I think they got side tracked in conversation and the real answer of interest to me ended up not being discussed. Personally based on the previous one I had said I wouldn't expect results until Sept at earliest and maybe as late as February.

With the rig discussion anybody present thinking a rig would arrive for our use in July was being foolish. In reality all we were told was that they were negotiating for a possible share of a rig that would be entering the country shortly. I don't recall them giving a date in July so that may have been somebody adding two and two to make five?

By the time the webinar starts I am thinking to myself, WTF do I say to these people that will convince them all is good?

Personally I am not surprised they didn't look at their best as I can imagine that scenario was confidence sapping.

There was nothing wrong with that webinar, lot's of factual information given, and deliberately awkward questions were answered with honesty.

I was more than happy with it. Content is King and always will be for me, good or bad that is where the truth is found.

Toffers, I'm covering old ground here on exploration licences which means the government has non negotiable back in rights of 16% and providing all the regulations are met then a mining development licence WILL BE ISSUED. As for further taxes, like anywhere in the world their tax man will be laying tax on profit and I don't know the rates of that. Maybe somebody has the time to find out but even if producing in six months, I wouldn't expect taxable profits for a few years because of losses carried forward.

My only view on tax is that if required to pay tax, it means you are making a profit. While none of us want to pay tax it will be good to be a in a position to need too.

The drilling extension process began last week so preliminary results ate thought to be expected following TD being reached. They expected the total time to be five weeks so an RNS could provide TD, Olim results and notice the EWT has begun

Who commits spending and prepares for commercialisation before they've found anything?

Recently they stated the environment study is the most expensive part and they announced they were halfway through it. The preduction facility design has been done which also costs money which all amounts to a rather stupid commitment if they didn't know they have something commercial. I think they know!
