Sadly this is taking much longer than most of us suspected and we've reached the point where many are fearful there won't be any sale at all and so are finally jumping over board, which is contributing to the sp tanking even further.

15p tomorrow then. Lord only knows where this will be by Friday afternoon.

That’s the whole problem here. The RNSs leave you guessing. They’re never clear on what will happen. They’re laden with jam tomorrow, maybe jam tomorrow even.
Everyone here is guessing at who might be buying what, when and for how much. If EUA is being shorted then our own BOD have created a situation for them to be very successful and not supported the ordinary pi who has gone long and supported the BOD on recent voting issues.

Poor. Good luck to genuine holders here. You must have nuts of steel if you’ve held all the way through the 60% drop since highs of 40p+

Anyone talking of divi or post sale sp above 50p is now looking rather foolish imo. Without specific news - and I definitely don’t mean another jam-tomorrow RNS or we-are-looking-at-options carp - there is nothing to stop the iis getting this at a steal. Lack of info from the BOD is helping clear out pis and the iis loading up on the cheap. It’sa very steady and consistent worker decline extremely low volume so I see no reason not to shed a load and just come back in another couple of weeks when we’ve lost another 10%.

Turning into just another AIM golden opportunity for the city slickers.

Really interesting. In agreement deerh..78. All the tell tale signs of a Take over have been here for a while. Either way, I see this could be an exciting week or two...with an RNS that must surely come now it's been highlighted by ordinary pis on social media, one of two or three things could happen.

1) the sp begins to rise in anticipation of a +ve RNS which is followed by more good news and the sp continues to rise. DB happy. Everyone happy. If you're not happy with that then your agenda here becomes clear for all to see.

2) +ve RNS arrives and sp begins to rise but DB puts out a further RNS shortly afterwards with news to dampen surge and slow it down. That would surely sign post a Take over on the cards and in fact probably have the reverse effect DB has been instructed to put in motion ie a surge in buying due to pis and traders expecting a short term gain of something really quite significant. If a bid of £1 were made now then that's at a premium of over 100% to the current sp. After the dismal showing over the last 6 months many might be tempted to vote in favour . I've managed to average down and would consider that but in truth I would be disappointed as ultimately GDR should be worth significantly more than £1 and indeed was over £1.50 fairly recently. If the offer was £1.50 - £2 then I'd be trying to encourage current holders to accept it.

3) No RNS and ongoing silence until Oct. Further decline of sp but creating a good opportunity for new investors and current holders like me to lower their average even further.

Said it before and will probably irritate many regular readers by repeating it once more but...I think DB will have been offered a mightily attractive personal deal going forwards for delivering GDR on a platter to either BC or Danahar.

Jace and friends: would you be happy with a sp offer of £1? £1.50? We may as well let DB and any potential buyer know at what level they will have a bid accepted quickly and easily so they can get on with it and make the most of GDR's products.

If any of this were to come to pass then I think it'd be fair to say DB would have let genuine share holders down big time and shouldn't be trusted going forwards by potential investors. However, I think he'd be unlikely to find himself in such a position again and would be swallowed up by a big player and become relatively inconsequential, albeit having been offered some very nice share options for the future.

All rather fascinating. What ever happens GDR is currently way over sold so the sp atm represents extremely good value and for people like me who bought in high an excellent chance to lower one's average.

What the heck is going on? I thought this a relatively solid investment when i first got on board - at £1 per share.

BOD are clearly making a huge pigs ear of any progress at the moment. In too deep so can only try and lower average. Reached the point i need to throw a fair chunk in here and hope for some kind of reversal. Not looking likely though. How disappointing!

news of an asset sale was further off I do think an update on the licence transfer for NYUD will create some uplift. It would be the first really specific update in terms of proven resources EUA has to sell. Were an update to MT+Flanks also to land then I’d be surprised not to see the sp rise back up to 30p+

Personally hoping (and praying) GFD is right though and that we have a positive exit option presented to us sooner rather than later. 50p and I’d be out with a smile on my face. Would love it to be more but without the afore mentioned updates I can’t see such a premium to the prevailing sp being coughed up for current resources.

Anyone know if we’re still visible on the EUA and FDA let’s of products awaiting approval? I know it’s long overdue but at least people could see GDR on the waiting list not so long ago. Are we still there or has GDR disappeared?

Hopefully even the poster of this ridiculous message raises hope stupid they look now. Looks to me like there are many smaller to ups and new small scale punts being placed.

A total of 1.5m shares traded today (that includes buys as well as sells) out of nearly 3b shares. Er… that’s about 0.05% by my reckoning. 0.05 = ‘everyone’??? Idiot.

Increase: you are crazy. This is heading for a placing at 30p is my guess and that's why Budd needs the sp to continue this decline. We wont' her anything now until we hit 40p. Dismal.

PGMs have an intrinsic value and are going to be in huge demand for the energy revolution. Doesn't take much intel to realise what EUA have in the ground will be worth a lot more than it currently is. The play at the moment is whether or not we have the BOD to deliver a deal. Say what you like, they didn't deliver on the FSP and that was the first time my confidence was really dented. Here we are well over a year later having gone into an FSP and we know about a secret ii coming on board, a credible party with a proposal the BD would like to focus on. It's not much to go on but I am still here and I'm afraid you I don't care whether you believe how many shares i hold or not. I know and that's all that matters.

I see my posts that bring a more negative view as providing some balance on the BB. I'm delighted for many to ramp away but I simply don't see this all going one way with the silly predictions of £1+ per share for a divi....unless there is a resource update. even another license for NYUD won't bring the sp a lift. If it does then it will be really interesting to see how many people jump ship if the sp reaches 30p

And just for the record, I bought another 5060 shares at 19.76p this morning. Can't recall the time but didn't track to see if it was marked as a buy or a sell. That takes my personal tally back to over 1.9m.

Dear god, how ludicrous and how desperate must you be?! That's a rhetorical question btw meaning don't bother replying, unless of course it's going to be another golden nugget of information which will provide much needed mirth for the majority of long suffering sh here.

Would TB be prepared to take this over? Will he really shaft investors here? Won't do his future prospects much good if he requires further support from any pis. No one would touch him with a barge pole.
