Yep, I bought in early and as it went higher I just kept adding. Wish for the life of me I'd sold at 40p when I had nearly 4 million shares but as it dropped I got scared and sold out. Now have a quarter of my original holding and whilst yes, I'm in the blue, not anything like enough to sit back and put my feet up like some here. Ironically I'd be far better off if I'd not sold any as vairous other stocks I've put money in have done terribly. Really banking on this one being the biggy and just need to recover losses with others and then I'm out of AIM for good.

I want that RNS which states unequivocally 'EUA has received an offer of $xb for a, b and c and we intend to pay out 80% of the sale price'. I have been dreaming of it for years now and at times it feels like it's about to happen and then there are times like now when I feel the BOD are just stringing us all along. I thought of that old song the other day 'I'll string along with you' but changed the words to 'I've been strung along by you'... Doesn't quite scan I know but you get the idea.

Ratr - we did actually hit the teens both in December and October. Admittedly not for long but you have to admit the sp is looking a little vulnerable at the mo. teens are looking more likely than 25p without proper news. Just my view but if there is another RNS which only refers to 'strategy' and doesn't specifically mention the 'asset sale' then I fear what ever information is in it will open the door to a whole load more shorting.

Sharebel - what utter rubbish you spout here. Why spend so much time coming up with stuff that is so blatantly wrong time and time again? It's embarrassing. Give it a rest and come back perhaps when the sp can stay above 20p eh?

Recent news yet again from the BOD and the scintillating tweet seem to have failed to ignite the sp touch paper. Odd really as it's perfectly clear what's about to happen next. Isn't it?

Back to the teens next week by the looks of things. Or back to the previous trading range of 25 - 27p? We weren't there for long but it feels a heck of a lot more comfortable with the sp sitting closer to 30p than 20p.

I would just like to see one comm from the BOD with the words 'asset sale' used. Not too difficult surely? When was the last time those two beautiful words were used in an RNS?? I'm not sure I want to know the answer actually....

Anyone heard or seen any reactions from this chap's speech at BAPA22? He was talking about the AIHL product, the findings of tests using GDR's product are to be published in early March. In my view this is the next news that will land here.

As previously stated don't think the POC kit has a market in the UK now but still some vague glimmer of hope in the EU and middle east I guess. Not expecting much though. AIHL is the next thing to give the sp a serious lift.

Maybe they’ll announce a special divi worth $2b to be paid out. That would brighten February up. That’d be about 50p per share plus current value of EUA v2. Right now I’d settle very happy for that and finally draw a line under this episode.

This is an astonishingly poorly run company with truly awful planning and border line criminal BODs. I bought in when the sp was £1+.

Pandemic or not this is utter rubbish and the BOD have been lying to share holders regarding changes to targets, unless of course they decided to change these in the last few days…

Still no sales, still no news and for the love of God people we are not due news on UK approvals 'imminently'! there is no timeframe we can rely on according to the CEO owing to backlogs. That means no time frame. It doesn't mean take 20 days and add or subtract a few. News will land when it lands and imv the next thing we'll hear will be regarding AIHL. Budd said he wouldn't update on sales until Q2. That's April - not 'any day now'.

Yep think you're right Jenkoo. Feels like an announcement will be on its way soon saying a raise is needed and I can only imagine what the market will offer VDTK with no income to speak of. I fear it could be major dilution on the horizon and at a huge discount to even the current sp. 1p on the cards unless the BOD pull their fingers out and deliver something worthwhile. Am down so much it's not worth selling now but just have to hope VDTK doesn't actually go bust. They've no money left so raising funds is all they can do now. How bad it gets is anyone's guess. Hold tight or sell up?

Can anyone here categorically tell me what the 'initial strategy' was/is please?

I'm scratching my head here having re-read all the RNSs since September. All of them imply EUA is heading towards a culmination of sorts and that it's coming soon, but they never specifically state what it is they're about to 'conclude' on. We've been quite deliberately left to guess and chew over each and every comm and if DD was 'successfully completed' 4 months ago then what can be holding things up now?? I only begin to think something might be wrong because I'm left here for month after month/year after year not really knowing for sure what to expect. Can anyone here say that? License transfers? JORC updates? Dual listing with MOEX? Asset sale? Announcement of no sale but further JV agreements?

Mac keeps saying this is an easy, relaxing wait. Well that's great for you but speaking personally it's anything but easy or relaxing. News/results on the numerous tasks carried about by WA since last April are well overdue now, even by EUA's own reckoning (shortly????).

As I posted the other day, imo all this ongoing delay does is undermine confidence of lths and present further opportunities ot mms and others eg BR to manipulate the sp, stopping lths from enjoying what should be the rewards of a well thought out investment plan.

Frustrating isn't the word. I guess some just have more patience than I. The recent tweet has made me start to think this is going to play out for another year and that i'm going to go mad reading 'the big one could land any day...' being posted day after day.

How many times have you posted about news imminent etc and been wrong every single time? Too many give it a rest.

This will come good from here but it's not imv going to be any time soon. End of February I think this will start to move and if we get UK approval for the Covid POC kit then that will help support the sp although I many realists here have worked out there simply isn't the need for it here in the Uk - or at least not unless a nasty new variant comes along. EU perhaps but we haven't heard a dickie bird thus far and according to the RNS Budd said he would not be updating the market on sales until Q2. That means no news on sales until April at the earliest. Not sure why some are determined to contradict Budd with regards to the timing on this issue.

Good news that we appear to have levelled out around here so hopefully 18p really is the bottom. Now is the time for a top up or two and then just sit patiently for news on AIHL being sold to the NHS. That's for me the next big news for GDR.

You’re right about one thing however, nothing has changed here. Still no sales agreements and no update due on sales from Budd until Q2.

Basically a need for funds is on the cards and that can only mean dilution. Markers are not going to be generous in tens of the price they offer for a raise. Anyone got any thoughts? 1.2p? 1.5p?

Sp is going to dwindle to 1p as they’ve given no time lines as to when investors can reasonably expect results or indeed what good results might lead to.

Bottom drawer for another year at least and in the mean time just hope no one else comes up with something along similar lines but just gets to the finishing post before VDTK.

From Budd in the recent RNS - 'however, no assured timeline is provided on how long the review under CTDA regulations will take, given a current backlog in their reviews'.

For the hard of thinking that means any previous guidelines on timing ie 20 days, is irrelevant and should not be relied on as a measure of when GDR may or may not receive UK approval.

Looking like there's no confidence even in the AIHL product at the moment.
