We had CE-IVD certification on Dec 8th. Two months later and not a squeak from Budd on EU sales (if there had been news he would most certainly have announced it!) or indeed any potential buyers saying they’re either looking at or considering purchasing the POC kit. Two months! We’ve yet to receive UK approval so that’s likely to also end up being at least another two months before any likely announcements on sales.

Amazing to think that in a pandemic the wheels of commerce can turn so slowly when there is, or rather was, such an urgent need for this quality product.

Can anyone tell me if the GdR product is still on waiting lists for approval in the US please? I don’t actually know where to look.
System - I hear the desperation in your posts and share the frustrations but no one here can or should give you advice. If you need help please seek the advice from a professional and certified financial adviser.

Personally, and this is just my humble opinion, I think the sp will do more than just a 10% pump and dump once any news of sales to NHS of AIHL land. This really is possible - and dare I say - likely. It might not prove to be Earth shaking in terms of income in the short term but it will help turn the tide here and hopefully get the sp back to something like fair value. Again, just my opinion but I think that’s somewhere between 30 - 40p. If this goes as low as 15p again then I’ll purchase another chunk in the strong brief we’ll see a 100% rise from there. This is not advice of any description, just my ramblings.

What happened to the Contract with the US ministry of defence? Did that ever come to anything?

Easy to man on here but perhaps as many here as possible all emailing the company for an immediate and accurate update on any sales negotiations in the pipeline in the EU and the UK (one would hope they’ve at least started some engagement with potential customers here in the uk even though the approvals still haven’t landed) . Might do nothing but the number of share holders feeling huge frustration here should register this by a simple, short and polite email to the company. I did yesterday.

Who says they're still under NDAs? I thought those ended when the FSP failed last summer? Don't believe there was any mention of some still being in place..happy to be corrected.

The BOD now have the figures from WA. Or did I imagine that? I don't for a minute suggest the BOD are dawdling over the figures presented them by WA to 'frustrate PI's', just that I don't know why they would need to 'evaluate' them.

There is also the issue of why release a rough estimate of all the figures now, three months after a supposed potential buyers has successfully completed DD. they surely already know what's been put together by WA. Odd. Just odd.

I was relieved yesterday morning when those estimates came out but I've now got that familiar feeling of some can-kicking tactics and being employed again and also note that we're back to 'making progress' as opposed to 'successfully concluding' on an initial strategy. Something is out of line here that's all but I can't for the life of me work out what or why. No one knows.

A purchase for such a resource as AMC supposedly have of $100m is a low ball figure surely? And if it is that low then I'd imagine a buyer would want to get on and have this in the bag pronto before anyone else fights their way to the table. What I mean is I think a deal would be struck pretty quickly. If this drags on for more than another month then I will have the faint odour of a rat in my nostrils again. One gets it a lot on AIM.

Agreed Tilly. that's nearly 600k shares a day purchased for three weeks to short a stock that for all the world looks like it could rocket any day now. It stinks and I can't fathom who would be doing that.

We really need out BOD to pull their fingers out and get the JORC updates published. Even if the numbers turned out not to be as huge as those in the table released yesterday they would surely lend a value to EUA's resources and reserves that would push the sp far in excess of where it is now.

The mis-match in what we supposedly have in the ground and the current sp valuation has me scratching my head for hours each day. I can only guess at why the BOD are taking their time to evaluate the numbers handed them by WA. They look amazing but the market refuses to believe them until it sees them in an official JORC update , more info on license transfers and perhaps even the name of the potential buyer. Once that info is published we should be out of the traps. flipping well hope so as this is a really difficult hold now having seen yet another good update only to witness the sp struggle to hold on to any gain at all for the umpteenth time.

There just has to be an end to this soon. GLA

What are the likely first lot of results we'll hear of? Anyone ideas as to which is farthest along and nearest completion?

I know we're due a lot over the next 18 months but i'm hoping at least one lot of results might tip the sp north and get me back in the blue here. Just watched a steady decline here since i got on nearly a year ago. Doesn't look pretty thus far, regardless of the huge number of RNSs.

Need something that will deliver a +ve kick up the posterior to the sp for once.

Another two lots of 50k shares just dumped... Market has absolutely no faith in DB and his ...cough cough.. sales team. Good products but BC distribution agreement last year has led to absolutely zero sales and so I think they may have a hand in GDR's sad demise. Whether or not that is part of a plan to take them out at a crazy low price or simply to squeeze them out of any market by being in charge of their shop window who knows.

15p looking horribly likely now. I know I've said that before and it hasn't hit it yet but....for all the idiotic ramping here suggesting I'm wrong about my predictions, we are only 3p away from it now. rather closer than to the stupid shouts of £1+. Never going to happen folks.

This is AIM and surely the recent RNS was just a ruse for someone to make a load of cash. Four stages: 1) build a stake whilst sp is on the floor 2) get the rumour mill going re. a possible sale 3) sell stake at prices 50% higher or 4) switch your ill-gotten gains to shorts and make money as the market realises there will be no sale. End result 100% profit on original stake. It's a long game plan but could certainly have been put in motion during 2020 and coming to fruition now. Fanciful perhaps but any more fanciful than a sale actually happening here? Nah, don't think so.

If you're in any doubt about how long a 'potential sale' can be drawn out then look no further than EUA for an example of pis being strung along. For years.

One small mercy was that no time frame was given yesterday for a sale or indeed any of the much anticipated news. No more ‘shortly’ . Think they’ve learned a lesson from last September.

They say they now have the JORC updated figures from WA and it’s being reviewed by EUA so I’m wondering why on Earth the BOD are holding back from publishing the figures. Anyone any ideas?

And of course no sales. Question is will this drop to 15p again before Budd says anything?

For the last time, DB will give us news if he has good news but it’s highly likely there aren’t any sales of the PoC product. Even if we get UK approval - we were told there was no time frame to expect owing to backlogs - I don’t hear of companies crying out for this product.

Next good news will hopefully be regarding AIHL - and please let’s not have anyone else call it a hearing test! - and that the NHS plan to use it nationwide. Income from this will be reasonable and, if it’s purchased in the EU and US then our sp will hopefully once more claw its way back to 40p. That’s 100% from where we are today.

Any talk of £1+ is stupid IMO and highly unlikely, not impossible but DB would have to spring the biggest surprise imaginable to lure wary investors back to GDR. Remember, this was £1.50 not that long ago and we’ve seen a decline of over 85% so people aren’t going to be swayed by idiotic ramps saying ‘NEWS IMMINENT’ when it’s clear from reading the RNSs it isn’t.

Patience will be rewarded here but I really think a more modest target of 40p is achievable.

There is just one scenario in which I could see the sp rocker again and that’s if a new and dangerous variant of Covid emerges and that our PoC product can detect it whilst others can’t. That’s such a long shot though I don’t think it’s worth thinking about.

If current variants cause only mild effects then gradually, as more of each population have had Covid, less testing will be required. The UK govt is planning/hoping to reduce quarantine altogether in the coming months. That means the Covid PoC kit won’t be needed by anyone. The only development that will reverse that situation would be the emergence of a new and nastier variant, and that as of by magic, GDR’s kit would be one of only a few tests that would still detect it. That scenario would cause a volcanic-like eruption to the sp - great for GDR business but dreadful for humans everywhere. Not something to be hoped for!

Another day with no news and no sales.

System, Bruno, Tiger et al - what happened to the imminent news and RNSs you were so confident about? Fools. Budd is clearly following the old adage that if you have nothing good to say then better to say nothing at all! I’m sure one you said we should expect news very shortly after the 20 day period for testing our kit in the UK and then receive approvals. Didn’t you? Maybe I imagined it.

However, on the flip side only three weeks to go until I believe we will hear something about AIHL that will kick the sp north. It’s clear nothing is happening on the POC front or else Budd would be delighted to update the market with his optimism…

Looking like the market doesn’t trust PJ any more. I would have anticipated a very passive reaction to this RNS but it’s been totally benign. Imv the market has sussed PJ has to do something to get the sp higher in order to do a fund raise at a sensible level before moving forwards. A raise at this level and the sp will crash through the floor and he knows it. Trouble is he can’t provide the market with anything concrete, it’s speculative at best this ‘sale’ news. Ambiguous wording in RNSs from AIM Directors is de riguer so PJ is going to have to provide some concrete results soon or POW is done for. Market wants results. Not jam.

Ereddy- sadly I disagree. If they were intending to put out another RNS in a couple of days time then I don’t think they would have bothered with this update. IMO this is all still some way off and whilst this RNS confirms there may still be a sale of some description, it doesn’t say what might be sold. It’s an update but that’s all and that’s why the sp is only reacting mildly positively. Better than heading in the opposite direction however so we should be grateful for small mercies. I wonder if the sp will be held today by mms in order for a good number of shorts to be closed. If yes, then we might see the sp climb higher later in the day.

If anything like these resource estimate figures are confirmed in a JORC update and highly classed then this is going to rocket. I just think there are too many iis with their fingers in the pie (BR?) to not have the means of knowing when the really big news will land and so until we see a huge surge in volume (then removing all their hedges) I think news is still some way off.

This is without doubt another holding RNS but at least the BOD have confirmed a sale process of some description is still underway so that’s a definite +ve in my mind.

To the BOD for this timely update which restores confidence to some degree. Impressive figures for sure but they do need to be published in aJORC . Also great that a specific reference to the sale has been made. As a result I feel much calmer but I’d be even more relaxed if these JORC updates and License transfers start happening and we don’t end up with another period of silence.
