..that we've not heard from EUA since Oct 28th. Plenty of comms but these two little words have not been utilised anywhere. Plenty of other hints but not one reference to an asset sale. there can be no reason they can't use them and have to employ 'initial strategy' instead. It's starting to look decidedly dodgy with shorting on the increase almost daily now. There's always someone who knows something and this appears to be heading back into the teens rather anywhere near £1. Anyone else starting to choke on the smoke??

Not one person knows what's coming next or how this will all end and that for me is an increasingly large red flag. Guesswork and a total gamble this is turning out to be. Russian Rosgeo involvement has only served to slow things up even further and make comms become even more mired in ambiguity.

I would dearly like to read a statement from the BOD apologising for reducing the sp by 95% - ninety f...ing five % in less than a year. As I say, it's border line criminal and I hope one day it is all looked into as it stinks to high heaven.

It's lost another 50% even in the last 3 weeks. down 95% since the highs of £1. Those BODs must have had some great skiing trips over the Christmas break and now be looking forward to lovely summer holidays lined up.

How low now? 4p 3p? Another 50% by the end of the week.

I would dearly love for the sp to start nudging further north back up to 25p but there are always canny investors who know what's going on and I agree it's worrying that the shorts have more than doubled in the last two months. Are we due another trading range sub 20p for a while I wonder? Could last for a couple of months at this rate before we have any news that will actually shift the sp. Disappointing from the BOD. Shortly, DD successfully completed, WA tasks almost completed, NKT JORC update has all resulted in yet another decline of the share price.

Not one poster here can definitively state there will be an asset sale, or even if they believe there will be one, what is to be sold, when, to whom or for how much. All too much guesswork. That's why the market doesn't like EUA, because they won't or can't come clean on the resources they actually have or what they intend to do with them.

Agree with your summary Hector but would add that 50p is the most realistic going on the prevailing sp over the lst year, despite all the positive RNSs hinting at big things for EUA.

Where are the JORC updates that were almost completed back in Sept and were due 'shortly'?

3 months is a long time between DD being successfully completed and any deal. Something has either gone awry here or the BOD have been playing share holders by stringing us along with non-specific RNSs. they made a mistake in using the term 'shortly' and suggesting various updates were due at the start of the autumn.

50p and I would bite your arm off and be perfectly happy. Those waiting for £1+ I now feel will be waiting for ever.

Hmmm personally think you'll need to be here for many years before EUA get to anything approaching those levels.

The wider market thinks this is worth in the region of 600 - 750m dollars as no matter what RNSs the BOD publish the sp resolutely refuses to budge. Without the promised JORC updates , promised License transfers and specific details of a possible acquisition of substantially all the company assets lths will just have to sit this out.

Delivering value for share holders: sp is 50% lower than 14 months ago. Please define 'value'. BOD asked for support and loyalty from lths but we're not getting anything in return at the moment and the various things they have promised in the autumn are all still to be delivered. And please do not post 'the sp is irrelevant'! It's the only thing you have by which to measure the 'value' of your investment. Would people who say that really be happy if the sp went down to 10p and still believe the BOD have delivered value to share holders.

I've stated that we were told by BUDD himself there is no timeline we can use as a means of expectation of UK approval. True Fact.

You spout that things are imminent, the sp will rocket once it gets through 20p (that one was only last week), that I'm not invested (oh you're so wrong in that), that I'm shorting GDR (I've never shorted any stock) etc.

Of course you\d prefer me to leave so that you can continue to post your lies and utter rubbish here, all designed to get just a few more new investors to load up a little, only for you and the crew to start the 'And we're off' nonsense and then sell with a 10% profit. ...for the Motley Fool to advise investors to sell their shares as soon as they can. That for me would be a much clearer hint than anything we get from our own BOD (shortly??? ffs) that a huge surge is imminent.

I do think this is going to take much longer to come to fruition now after that recent Tweet saying 'much more to come in 2022'. It hints at this being well on the way to a culmination of sorts but that we'll be here possibly all through 2022.

And still no news or indeed any sales. A sales update IS NOT DUE UNTIL Q2. Please don't fall for this rubbish from rbid rampers.

Newbies - beware this crew trying to lure you in. Wait and see how the GDR sp looks by the end of February then make a decision. My guess is it will still be at around 20p, possibly a little higher, possibly a little lower. Current levels seem to be a fair market valuation of what GDR is worth. With news it will improve but any talk of £1.50 is totally barking mad.

This was in the most recent update regarding the ‘proposal’ from a ‘credible party’ to acquire most of EUA’s assets. Successful DD was completed too. Three months later and we’re still in the dark so I’m sympathetic with frustration and impatience from lths who have been here several years.
I’m guessing the hold up is that JN referred to several transactions and that whilst some of these may be regarding the asset sale, some may also be with regard to further acquisitions. Have Rosgeo moved the goal posts and made it more difficult for EUA to conclude on a deal? We just don’t know.

Why wouldn’t the buyer want to get in with things and start making money ASAP? If we’re in a bull run on our commodities isn’t the price just going to keep rising if they don’t sign - or our BOD won’t or can’t sign? Just my ramblings but I like the notion that DS wants to join the illustrious billionaire club ($) and with about 450m shares that means he’ll need a sale price worth about £1.70 per share. That equates very roughly to a purchase price of just over £5bn.

One more thing. Want the initial strategy in all of this to sell EUA in full? I guess that’s definitely off the table as they’ve referred to EUA v.2 in an RNS.

Either way I really hope we get major news this week. Not bothered about License transfers or JORC updates if we are told the details on an asset sale and the ensuing special dividend.
