Call me a Senic, but we don’t even know if there is a market for P1 40 yet. We have no concrete evidence that a third-party definitely wants to buy in yet. There are lots of deals happening at the moment in the auto immune sector involving many of the major pharmaceutical companies and yet here we are five months after the patent was filed and we were told there would be a deal and we don’t know for certain if anyone even wants to be a partner or by the rights to use P1 40. As usual with Tim it’s all nudge nudge wink wink and when there is bad news details shareholders “it’s actually good news)“ which of course it isn’t.

Once they get back from this conference And there is no news on a deal the share price will begin to slip back towards six and then 5B if there’s no word from Tim by the end of February, then it will get worse

There has been no explanation of the situation regarding Avion - and for those who poo poo that you need to wake up and smell the coffee. Tim throws out lots of hyperbolic statements when his companies (IMM and Inc) need money but there’s never any follow up. When there’s a real issue or something that can nail him down he avoids it like the plague . When there’s bad news he’ll tell you ‘it’s actually good news for share holders’. The guy cannot be trusted and the fact he hasn’t mentioned Avion once tells me it’s very much an issue and not an easy one, hence he steers well clear and doesn’t allow himself to be drawn on it.

I think Tim may just be starting to feel extremely awkward now as he’s made rather a fool of himself with all the interviews.

I agree with otm in that a much smaller deal could well happen but I’m hoping for it sooner than June. By Easter for me, and in the region of $100m - $150m in a licensing deal.

Anyone else concerned that Northern Lithium, ALK AND Weardale are all operating and aiming to dig up and produce the same product from the same area? And of the 3 Weardale are way behind, especially as they've had nearly a year of nothing since being granted permission to develop the Plant back in February 2025.

If potential partners don’t agree with Tim’s pronouncements of P140 being ‘truly groundbreaking’ having seen the data then there will be no deal and before long no IMM. Tim confidently tells us there is more in the IMM store cupboard than just P140 and yet no one has made any moves on any of those things either. Look at everything Tim has said about Incanthera over the years. He’s just a serial bull sh.tter that enjoys the trappings of a company director and calling himself a businessman. Conman is much closer I suspect but hey, he’s doing his best.

Must be truly in the background as there haven't been any trades all day thus far. Frankly, to buyout MAC and its 8% interest in WL is so cheap at the moment an interested party wouldn't even be bothered to build a stake. It would actually alert the market to something going on so someone may as well make their move and go in for the kill and just conisder it a bonus that they get a quick and cheap Listing on LSE

If you believe surferceo then it might well be a bidding war that ensues following this conference. If anyone is genuinely interested then this would be a good time for IMM to wave the data under the noses of any sitting on the sidelines but who happens to be present at the Conference.

I do NOT think however that this conference will be used for meetings between interested parties who have already had discussions as they will want to keep things quiet until an announcement is ready for public consumption. Major pharmas will not be concerned with costs involved in flying their people to meet with IMM or vice versa so no matter where they are in the world. So, as has already been said, I think IMM are simply at this Conference because it was booked ages ago. They aren't even presenting so if there really are any serious discussions already taking place over the last few weeks I think the IMM trio will consider this a frustrating distraction to and prevent them from sealing a deal once and for all!

Tim has to be acutely embarrassed by his school boy enthusiasm displayed in the foolish September interviews. If nothing transpires come Easter time then I can easily see him being voted out as he's ultimately doing IMM more harm than good now. Admittedly his antics have kept IMM afloat but that has to stop now. He just can't keep promising the earth and continually fail to deliver. IMO if there is no deal with any major then even Avion may not be interested in funding a phase III trial and that really would be bad for IMM.

Nissan's requirement for battery grade lithium will be in the thousands of tons per year.

Their plant is in Sunderland so only c35 miles away. Given Nissan's scaling up with its Gigafactory expansion and the UK's broader EV transition there just has to be a massive opportunity here for the north. Why is the UK Govt so slow to help this happen? I think it absolutely WILL happen but quite frankly the need for this stuff in the ground is urgent as it is and building a plant will take 18 - 24 months so why is no one moving on it NOW?

I am seriously tempted to quit my various trading stocks and go all in on this with my trading pot. Not much but it would take my holding up to nearly £50k. The appeal is all in Weardale and the huge rise in the spot price of lithium which imho is set to continue well into 2026 before settling on or around the £25k - £30k mark per ton. Producing 10,000 tons per annum gives a potential revenue of £300m pa. Even after all costs are dealt with that's a massive investment opportunity. Someone WILL definitely snap this up. Only question is who.

Oh yes ‘very clearly buys’. The share price however has not risen above those execution prices since. Odd that isn’t it. Very clearly buys esp seeing as LSE reported that day as having more buys than sells. So something must have gone awry AJ. I think CTAI is good for trading as it happens but rubbish like this has to be called out. I understand why people want them to be buys but people aren’t stupid. When you see over £100k in just two delayed trades and the sp only falls in the hours/days that follow I think (hope) anyone can put two and two together and realise they were very clearly sells. Just sit tight as I have no doubt this will get back into the mid .3s, just as I’m sure it will also hit .2 again before long. Once it dawns on people there is NO announcement due of paying customers in February and that that was made up on these BBs the herd will move on for a few weeks and await another wave of ‘possibility’ which gets sentiment on the up before attempting another quick trade on the back of much hopium

This will only help attract investment into Weardale’s project. I wonder if Nissan could be a potential partner for offtake given their car plant is also close. Ducks are aligning, albeit very slowly.

Yeah I’m getting the feeling. Tim has totally overcooked it yet again and that in fact there are no serious talks going on as yet. Think about it, if there was a serious discussion going on between IMM and a potential partner, would they want IMM going to this conference and talking to every Tom Dick and Harry About P1 40?

Tim will have to go if this all turns out to be unrealistic talk from as far back as September. He’s done this just too often.
