Blimey, I sold out of this when the sp was just under 5p earlier this year. Wtf is the ceo doing?? It’s going from bad to worse by the looks of things.

RF have got Budd by the b..lls now. He’s their play thing now and their broker - and be under no illusion that they will have one acting on their behalf but who will not be traceable with links to RF - will have an easy time if working with mms to manoeuvre the sp where ever they want it. If liquidity was good it would be far more difficult but I suspect it’s the same broker who is offering those large trades to mms and that’s the only place anything sizeable is coming from.

Until Budd shares some decent news with the market ordinary pis are shafted here. Just speculation but Budd cd be operating in the interests of a potential buyer and keeping things depressed until a low ball offer is made. Wouldn’t really impact him as he has hardly any shares . He’d negotiate some kind of bonus to be paid at some point in the future anyway for delivering GDR on the cheap. The business world is nasty and there’s some serious money to be made here so I hope people realise just what lengths organisations will go to to get their way and also just where pis are in the pecking order of the investment world …

Next spike - if there ever is one - and I’m out of this for good. Budd at the helm = buyout on the cheap and pis shafted. Convinced now he doesn’t want to see GDR fly until the new owners get their price.

R n D is great but it’s worth nothing if you can’t bloody sell anything and Budd has proved to everyone now for three years he doesn’t know how to do that side of the job.

Dr Gilham : please, please remove this man from his position urgently and seek out an experienced commercial Director in this sector who actually has existing contacts and can create some serious interest in the products.

This is like dying a slow death watching Budd sit in his office saying nothing for months on end and share holders are told nothing.

NOR have we been in any way consulted or asked for opinions on how the CEO could improve matters and avoid nearly being voted out at the next AGM again!!! Another Board directive that’s failed or just not happened.

AP can’t be trusted so anyone investing here must be mad. I believed his bs for a while about three years ago and he’s been appalling in every respect. If there are Diamonds, which I doubt, and AP gets his hands on them, which I don’t even more, then I fully anticipate AP announcing he’s already spent the funds on another venture which requires a couple miss of his buddies to be brought on board as Directors and offer them some generous remuneration package for delivering…sweet fa.

This should be back in the .20s not way overpriced as it currently is.

Well they haven’t handed over a penny yet so I think the last 5 words of the above are laughable.

The brakes are firmly being applied here and KOD BODs will be 5hitting themselves the offer might be rescinded. Of course they will say everything is fine and going along as expected - would you expect them to announce ‘ooh things looking a bit iffy in Mali now so Hainan are having second thoughts’? Ffs get real. The deal looks to me to either be off or in the balance, despite what the company say in the RNS.

Just look at how Hainan are withdrawing from other projects in that area. That’ll make it abundantly clear how fragile this deal is now. I would say 50/50 chance of it going ahead is actually being overly optimistic.

What is more likely is that it’s on hold indefinitely until such time the political situation has settled down and the security risks are acceptable. Long stop extensions likely for 6 months more at least imho

Can only assume it’s another short delay by the FCA. If it was going to be another months wait or a rejection then we’d have been told by now. If GST were told ‘a decision is imminent so just hang on a little longer..’ then I think Gst wouldn’t have bothered RNSing that. So…news must be coming very soon!

Agree that GDR looks like it’s a perfect fit so slightly surprised to hear from a company spokesperson we’re not yet involved. Hopefully it’s really not far off though. Yet more patience required.

Just another drop of bs info on gdr share holders proving that Budd really isn’t the man for the job. Until he actually does something other than borrow money or give chunks of the company away via more dilution I’ll reserve the right to think he’s not up to it. In fact Far from it it seems.

With this latest news - Tks Eureka! - I can see GDR sp struggling to stay even above 16p.

No 2 is a real blow if true. In fact it’s No 2 news!

If OF knows GMET have something special then Maybe he’ll get financial backing to buy out the POW major holding of 62% from somewhere. It’s no secret the major partner/off take customer they’re hoping to get on board is the USGovt itself.

If this Tungsten resource is so precious to the US govt then I just can’t see POW holding on to their stake for very long. How long before a big US player comes along, before any proper JORC is provided, and offers POW a fair price for their 62% as it stands at the mo? Even if it was a fraction of its real worth it would be still be extremely difficult for the likes of PJ to say no to rather than playing a much longer game and always running the risk of falling foul of US authorities. If that happened the money POW would receive could propel numerous other projects they’re keen to get on with and would certainly give a major uplift to the sp short term.

Just thinking out loud. Anyone else has similar thoughts or is that just too unlikely?

These are not the diamonds supposedly belonging to VAST. Those disappeared ages ago and the money they were sold for has been well spent.

Only it wasn't. Nor have any of the other large trades reported after hours been buys imo. Since hitting just over 23p it's been one way travel and with all those whoppers I'm fairly convinced we'd be heading up rather than down were they all buys but hey, you guys believe what you want to. Reckon we'll hit 16 -17p or there abouts then hover around there until the next drawdown is about to happen. When it starts to rise again you'll know what to expect once it looks like we're about to hit 23p again.

That he take two of their Directors on to the EISB Board. Burt point blank refused. Ever since then EISB has struggled. Not saying it's all because of that (Pandemic and now financial crisis caused by the war in Ukraine) but Tony stuck his neck on the line and it's not worked out well for share holders. It's on the verge of going bust unless he can get what will be a crippling finance deal together. At best a death spiral one...if he's lucky. Suspect he'll either take it private or just flog it for peanuts as he gets out muscled by a bigger player.

The important thing to remember here is that the BODs is working very hard on our behalf and deserve every penny of their inflated salaries because they are after all delivering us with….? Answers on a post card. And if anyone mentions f..ing IPOs I’ll scream. Honest! They’re touted as something positive but pretty much everyone I’ve witnessed here over the last three years has had negligible if any impact.

Just waiting for an exit…like many I suspect.
