Numbers on any sales still a long way off but any inkling of a national roll out even a year or two down the line will increase confidence and raise the base level of mcap

It’s a case of when not if.

By the time the ML is granted mid December the company will once again be short on cash and need to do a swift fund raise . It is currently generating no income whatsoever so it simply has to raise cash. The fact that they have applied for a ML rather than a SML implies they know this isn’t going to be that big after all. I’m guessing a surge in sp from the start of Dec so the placee can forward sell at a decent profit (as before ) and then ML granted. Rest of placing shares sold in the surge and then when so is high Lorna delivers her bazooka RNS and deflates the Helium One balloon one more time with what will hopefully be the last damaging discount and dilution. Big Question is what level share price is she willing to send it down to. .75? .5? Hopefully after that placing HE1 will finally be close enough to stand on its own two feet. The reason I think this will happen as opposed to a JV or bank loan is that Lorna is now in the pocket of the TG and they will milk this for all its worth. They will be in on trading and shorting this and there is nothing anyone or Lorna can do about it. Just have to accept there will be wild swings and hope you get the timing of your trades right. GLA

Folio, going on past events I’d say my post is absolutely NOT baseless. If you don’t learn from experience then you basically can’t learn anything. Each to their own. ML granted followed by placing. That’s my expectation and if something different happens then fine.

Granting of ML quickly followed by another placing. Lorna will allow the initial surge and let the lenders forward well (again) on a healthy surge) and then inform the market that sadly it’s at a big discount but it had to be done right then and that price. What that discounted price will be is anyone’s guess but surely most people realise that’s what’s coming next?
