RE: Re - RTO17 Nov 2016 19:27
I'm with G-man in that I think i3 is the big prize and spinning out the empty shell is a bonus. I have a reasonable idea what the target is and if they pull it off the time between IPO of i3 and if we reinvested the funds (via the board) to a rolled over RTO there is a good chance our investment would be worth more having stuck with i3. The empty shell is valuable as it is so could provide a nice bonus later on but for me the risk associated with cashing in the proceeds of the IPO, spending some of that on the RTO means what we actually realise 2-3 months after i3 is worth materially less than splitting the two. Personally I would rather be divi'd the shares in i3 for me to play with and the empty shell be sold off for its intrinsic value to a company looking to list the easy way. I've been in GWIK for too long to accept the accumulator odds when the first score can pay greater than the long odds. I also believe (as a significant holder in GWIK) this is the consensus amongst the committed.
